Bad customer service by connie. Asked a question about a product she said she'll find out but waited for 5 minutes and then found her talking to another staff member and didnt bother coming to tell me about the product I overheard her conversation about personal things rather than the conversation about the products. Would never go in that pharmacy again

Every single time without fail I would receive the rudest customer service here. I try my best to avoid shopping here because I prefer the Meadow Heights branch as they are immaculate with their professionalism and kindness but sometimes I just need something quick from the Broadmeadows store and always leave regretting my decision. If you hate your job, don't take it out on others

What a joke! No 1 chemist in Australia for worst customer service. I am member and after spending 140$ in 1 transaction I requested free member’s gift as advertised. ( it was 2-3$ Christmas spoon ) the blonde lady said u need to bring flyer with u for gift. Just because u r member doesn’t mean u can have it. What the hell , she could have said politely. what’s wrong with people now a days.? If you are not happy with ur job simply find something else. I have been doing shopping with my chemist for last 2 years and was never asked to show flyer. I always give my membership card only. Anyways I did not want to fight over 2$ after spending 140$ but Broadmeadows my chemist you no longer exist for us.

You need to stop employing people with limited knowledge and people skills. Train them with the right information/attitude so they can solve problems when the customers are not happy with the service!!! Milleniums are so entitled they think its ok to argue with the customers.
Try learning about what you are selling without an attitude.
Will never go to myChemist for the rest of my life.

Shame shame shame , costomer service and manager are horribly rude and cover up on each other , instead of deal with the issue so doesn't happens again thay lie and do nothing apart from don't wana be at work at all take it out on customers , this yung girl with brown hair was the worse today

Very rude pharmacist, I waited nearly 10 minutes before I was served for the pharmacist to tell me in a rude manner that I could not get migraine tablets without a prescription, lost my business, I went to chemist warehouse and got the same product without a script , maybe update on your pharmacy knowledge before you serve customers with in correct answers! You can go to any chemist and purchase 40 mg of relpax without a script dude!

If there was a 0 star option, that is what I would've selected. Came to this pharmacy a few days ago and received the worst possible customer service to exist. I was served by a brunette girl named Bahar at the register. She had me waiting there to be served whilst she was talking about her personal life and issues with other staff members. It truly shows how little they care for their customers, so unprofessional and rude. Even when she served me she showed little interest, did not ask how I was and was overall being extremely unwelcoming. I will definitely not come back here and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. Absolutely disgusting.

Xmas morning gave my husband Gaultier aftershave with deodorant and moisturiser- cost $90 - the aftershave was broken and had been broken prior to purchase because the container was dry. Thanks for spoiling Xmas giving by not checking your product you pick up in your glass cabinets - shame on you all 💔
