I entered this store for the first time and was instantly greeted with a smile and felt the most amazing warmth by this beautiful human who was standing in front of me. His service was exceptional, he went above and beyond my expectations and nothing was too hard for him. I have many other stores closer to where I live but will definitely be making the trip out to Broadmeadows in future 100 %. Such amazing service from the 2 workers. Personalised service as if they know each and every one of their customers. They were so nice and so knowledgeable about their perfume range. One of them, I think his name is Jamal, goes above and beyond for all his customers and knows things off the top of his head. The other one, Mario, definitely knows to make great recommendations based on scents you may like. These guys are the real deal, and they’re so welcoming every time.
The perfumes last so long, I’ve gotten so many compliments and now I go back for more. These perfumes are better than the real brands. Definitely go to Broadmeadows store if you want good service for perfumes!

Every-time I walk into the store I am welcomed with a huge smile and absolutely friendly service, Jamal is always so helpful with his recommendations on perfumes and he goes above and beyond with customers. I highly recommend Palermo to all my family and friends as I’m always being complimented on the fragrances I use. I also go to the Palermo stores in Epping, plenty valley and highpoint depending on which shopping centre I’m at. But my go to store is Broadmeadows as Jamal and Romeo both know me so well and are always so lovely and helpful. Thank you guys for your services!
