Great personal service when ordering a high end laptop. Good pricing and staff have good product knowledge and kept in touch until the delivery was complete. Payment options are a bit convoluted, I think to keep fees down.

I purchased my Notebook Lenova Thinkpad 2 years ago from NotebooksRUS and the quality and service provided was excellent. I still have my notebook and value it highly. I was happy to spend good money on a quality product. I did have one small issue but it was rectified by a technician immediately without cost as it was within the warranty period. The laptop I have received has performed excellently so far. The quality of the parts is high and overall I am happy. By paying a little extra and getting myself the faster SSD I am finding that it will boot up in less than 5 seconds.Anyone looking to get a good quality laptop,I would recommend these guys.

Big thanks to Johnny from NotebooksRUs. I found them a week ago while researching prices for a high spec OLED lenovo x1 yoga. Their cost was very competitive and they express shipped it to me on the Gold Coast because I was travelling overseas that coming weekend. To be honest I was initially put off by some parts of their website (such as smiling emoji and personal notes on the product description haha) but now I realise it's a fast paced online trading store setup for them to quickly upload new unique custom computers every day. I didn't want to pay with bank transfer and used credit card with small surcharge for my protection but I was very happy when the product arrived today brand new in box with full extended 3yr lenovo warranty. Initially when I was looking I felt insecure about whether the business was operating because when I tried to call I got the message "the number you are calling is disconnected"
Navin explained to me that this was an issue with their Voip service
I can say that there is no need to fear this and the business is legitimate and I had very good service

What I really like about notebooksrus is that they say what they do and do what they say. Sent an email with a question and it was promptly replied with a detailed response. Website is easy to navigate and they have good range of gaming systems . worth getting a gaming laptop from here for this Christmas
