Wicked little store that was open late which was awesome and even stayed open half an hour after hours so we could finish our shop without rushing.. you

The guys are friendly as, and super helpful in pretty much every question we asked or wanted help with..

I really dig the place and don't see the need to really want to go anywhere else with such a varied range of products and services together in a nice and friendly place .

The vibes in here were so lovely. Comfortable, friendly, open - none of that typical adult shop with oppressive lighting. The staff were helpful and friendly without over bearing. They listen to customers and it felt that they genuinely want to help and to be kind. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If you have ever felt intimated or embarrassed buying adult products- go here! A true remedy for our s*c negative culture :)

This store has really done a 360 from when it used to be the old and really outdated Club X store on Sydney Rd. The shop has gotten a a major facelift from the interior design and layout, product range (actually things you'd want to buy!) They even stock xxx magazines from the 2000's which I LOVE!! but most importantly the customer service here is exceptional especially from Johnny!! Not only did they make me feel comfortable (some can find it a little intimidating to go into an adult store) they were extremely informative about their product knowledge but they really showed a different level of service that you just don't get in most places. Ive been a returning customer since and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Came for the lubricating action between moving machinery parts, stayed for the immaculately arranged collection of Bic lighters. I can honestly say I've never experienced customer service like this. I will definitely be a return customer.

Simon and Israel welcomed me with a cheecky grin and a heart felt greeting. They made me feel at home as i picked out something special at an excellent price. Thanks guys, ill be back.

The customer service at Lala land was amazing! The staff made me feel very comfortable and the staff went out of there way to help and assist me with what I needed. They took their time to explain and recomend what would suit best. I am satisfied with the item I brought from lala land and now will be my local adult store! Highly recommend.

First...I love the amazing revap the place has been given! It looks so great!!

Although a smaller shop, it has everything you could desire to get going, reach new heights and keep it going alllllll night!!

The first time I ever found this gem, I was a little shy about going in ( I’m usually super uncomfortable with this kinda stuff and previously never left stores I’ve visited with what I REALLY wanted to buy, as I’ve always been wat to embrarrassed! 😔),

So I had decided to wait till late to go in...
I honestly was so pleasantly surprised with just how at ease & comfortable the staff made me feel! I never in a million years thought I’d feel so relaxed in a sex shop!
I left with a stash of amazing,that I never thought I’d get to try, because Ive always felt to embarrassed to actually buy or even ask about previously when I went elsewhere !!
