I phoned the store today searching for a chair on clearance. Emily was so helpful over the phone and provided fantastic customer service by sourcing the chair at another store.

It's a really great store in a terrific location. I really think it's handy for just about anything you could need. I love the sports section, they always have plenty of up to date training equipment with good variety, and the staff are always keen to give you a hand. It's also great value

A very good kmart overall. Things are well stocked and the staff working here are very helpful, accessing the store from the shopping centre is very easy.

Good place in the neighbourhood for a quick shopping of households and some other things and a Great place for a new comer in the neighborhood to shop for the essentials to start to adjusting at a new home.

Team members are wonderful. Lucinda who was working at the kmart at Barkley square on Sunday was very helpful. She deserves a raise.

Good shopping, plenty of variety to choose from. Plenty of shopping can be done 👍🏽

Always been to this k mart. Not too busy on all days. Stuff is available most of the time. Specifically, if you are looking for blenders, and juicers they might be out of stock. It's inside Barkley square. A big parking space is available at the back. The service is friendly and quick. Tip: make sure you keep the receipt 🧾 if you need to replace it or change it.

Very Nice Customer service team. Bought a bicycle but it had a broken bearing just after a month. Lost my receipt but they helped me out a lot. The tall gentleman with the long hair at the customer service desk was very helpful and even sent the bicycle contractor with me to the parking lot to have a look at the bike. I mean who does that these days..::))

My phone has only 5% battery left, but unfortunately, my car's charging cable is broken! I had to insist on driving to KMART with only enough power. When I went to the service desk, Maryam patiently helped me confirm that this type of charging cable could be charged into the service desk, and also helped me test the charging function on site at my request. Otherwise, once the charging cable went wrong, I could not drive back to my home. Thank you very much for the warm, friendly and patient staff of KMART, which is the best example of service in the retail industry! Thank you Maryam and thank you Kmart❤

My boy Rodney hooked me up with my LED sunset light. Customer service second to none and didn't hesitate to look out back for me.

Barkly Square Kmart: I collected a heavy box containing a Book Case (ordered online). At the exit, staff member Dante, without being asked, raced over, unlocked a trolley and assisted me. Great customer service. Thanks Dante.

This is actually a really good Kmart. Always well-stocked and the staff are always helpful and welcoming without being annoying. Store has a reasonably sensible layout too, which is more than I can say about many other Kmart shops.

Nick and the others that closed on Thursday night (24/03) are absolute legends. Was in a pinch and they sorted me out all within 20 mins of closing. Kudos to them and thanks for being so kind so late in the evening!

Kmart has and always will be an exceptional store,laced with a vast array of eclectic and amazing products to satisfy any customers consumer needs,not to mention the great staff who show an amazing diligence and palpable passion to their respective roles and obligations as employees and who are not averse in going out of their way to impart a service that derives from the absolute pinnacle of superlative skills and formidable proficiency,added to this the staff are always so accommodating and friendly which not only is it conducive to enjoying a great shopping experience at this infinitely amazing store,but also optimises it. Aesthetically,the store is enveloped by sheer opulence which in turn gives the store a unique vibe that in essence also intensifies an already amazing shopping experience. In the interest of truth and veracity,I firmly believe that Kmart incessantly gives a five star service and i have no hesitation in both vociferously and vehemently encourage anyone to try this amazing store for your next shopping venture,you will not be disappointed,truly one of the best stores around 👍👍👍👍

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Even they went around for about 10minutes to help me find something which only costs 2$ with patient attitude. I used to get a cold shoulder when I asked for help at kmart in Footscray before but Kmart staffs at Barely Square saved their image. Highly recommend!

Probably the GOAT K-Mart in this shoppers humble opinion. Decent stock, service is good, staff are around and are pretty good at answering where things are, they are especially gentle with me because of my social anxiety that makes it very difficult to request help.

What I find particularly difficult is self-serve checkouts, for some reason I always get error messages and get really self conscious about getting staff attention for assistance. What's really good about this particular K-Mart is the staff will notice that you're having self-serve difficulties before you have to awkwardly raise your hand and grab their attention. And they always say "no problem!" With a smile. (It's different to Coles at Barkly Square where often they'll roll their eyes at me because the machine will ask for staff assistance after I scan each individual item. It's gotten so bad there I just go to the Coles staff member checkouts where they can scan my items instead because of those difficulties).

I bought a frisbee here that I still use daily.
