What a fantastic experience. Tom was super knowledgeable- easy to chat to and helped me get everything I needed sorted super fast and efficiently. I was actually not even going to buy today (and was going to go to Apple). But with Toms amazing service how could I not buy everything in one place? All the men in the store was super helpful / knowledgeable and fantastic to speak with! Even letting me quickly run to the car to grab a different card and held the store open to make sure I could purchase what I needed! Thanks so much Tom!

The new store inside Knox Westfield is great, clean & spacious with a good range of products to choose from, good customer service & easy to get around!

Great stock range and staff are helpful as much as they can be. The store can get very busy so wait times to get individual help can be a challenge. The payment queue doesn't take that long, always appeeciate that they have every register open.

I went to the new store located on the 1st floor. Not the old one located at ozone. Ed who attended to me was awesome. I was looking for a new TV and Ed was a wealth of knowledge assisting me with even the right wall mount. Delivery and installation was all organised by him. Very happy with the service, now to enjoy the new TV.

Went to purchase apple products and was served by Eden. The service received from him was excellent! As he is very knowledgeable and super helpful with the products.

Bought a pair of earphones for my fiance and unfortunately they were faulty. Brough them back into store and unfortunately they didn't have stock and the model was discontinued, the manager then kindly offered me an upgrade to the next model at no extra cost to save me waiting to have one transferred. Excellent customer and communication. Thank you.

Large open space with everything you need from gadgets to computers, t"vs, games, movies, and household appliances.

Hayley was helpful and friendly throughout our time here to buy a new phone and port over from the horrible Optus. The system ran into a few issues however all were sorted with her determination and we walked out happy customers!

They have moved to a new location inside the newly revamped centre upstairs. Even better with a modern look. You can't go wrong when it comes to all your electronics and gadgetry.

Staff were great, interior is very nice and had lots of product range. At my visit two of the staff were dressed as Spider-Man (love your work Christian) and was very entertaining and the level of service was great. 10/10 IGN

The sales person was trying to genuinely help me make the right choice by providing me with all the information required. It was not mere sales talk to upsell or to somehow convince me to buy.

Yesterday I visited the new store in Knox city and enjoyed very friendly service by Ed. As I had some further problems Nic was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you again, Nic!

Had purchased a set of headphones in late September that were clearly faulty and after researching everything online to attempt to get them to work, I chose to return them - "Timbo" took care of it swiftly and arranged for a replacement set in extra quick time - very happy with the service at JB Hi Fi Knox 👌

I use to love going to JBs . I have been a customer for many years and l knew one of the original owners of JB Hi Fi. I use to just go to the store just to have a look and also say hello to several of the sales staff who l got to know on a first name basis
I visited the new JB at Knox for the second time since they moved to the new store and frankly l do not like it. I feel that it has lost its character. The range of CDs and vinyl records in particular the limited edition sets are no longer there or if they were l could not find them. I know that l can purchase these on JB's website but l like to see and read the information before l buy. The old store at Knox had character along with the excellent staff .I know things change sometimes not for the better but l feel it is just another store. I will still visit but not on a regular visit like l use to, maybe l will visit more on line and make my purchases from the website. Bring back the old days.

I bought a samsung phone from them,
Nick helped me with that he was so knowledgeable and patient. By his help, I realised I could make my sim plan cheaper.
Also, one day after my purchase, I realised JBHIFI had a new 300$ discount on that phone. When I went there, they refunded 300$ without biringing up TERMS AND CONDITION.

Went to purchase a new Computer and was served by a young Lady called Jai. The service we received from her was outstanding as she had great knowledge of the product and was extremely fair with her dealings with us.
