I went to this pharmacy to get some Panadol Osteo. The assistant grabbed a packet of what I thought was genuine Panadol Osteo. I could not see what she had in her hand so I asked her whether she had genuine Panadol Osteo and she said "yes, this is Panadol just with different packaging". I assumed that meant that Panadol had changed their packaging. I declined a receipt (stupid of me but I did). When I got home I found I had a generic brand, NOT genuine Panadol Osteo. Generic brands don't touch my pain. I can't return the product and I don't have the time or the inclination to go back, so I rang and spoke to the Pharmacist who told me they were out of Panadol to which I asked why didn't she tell me that and I could have gone elsewhere. He said nothing more. Didn't offer to let me return it. Just left me hanging. Singularly unimpressed by the dishonesty and lack of remedy of the situation. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Never has the medicines I’m looking for.. prescription or over the counter.
It is basic medicine that I can find in any pharmacy… kids Panadol/Nurofen for example.
We obviously can walk a bit further to get (and I have to anyway since they never have it) but what’s up with no stocks??? Ever??? Even Woolies is better stocked.

Wasn't open at 9am like it says edit: once again they weren't open like they were meant to be came before 5:30 they even said on the phone come before 5:30 and wasn't open and I'm on medication that I have to pick up everyday I've been missing it because there not clear when there open 🤦‍♂😒

There is basically no stock on shelves, very expensive and couldn't be bothered explaining when I needed COVID antiviral medication. I can't believe that they are serious about operating a pharmacy.

I needed some antibiotics quite urgently and got home to find the box I was given had already been open and used, except for 1 tablet.
