Great staff, OK selection (store is a little small which limits it a bit), terrible phone reception in and around the store which makes it very difficult to shop specials or activate promos.

Not a bad bottle shop, the staff are nice and as helpful as possible but not a very good selection to choose from, if the something isn't sold enough, they simply stop stocking it... stopped stocking merlot.. I found this to be rather strange indeed, BWS North Melbourne isn't my first choice of bottle shop for these reasons.
