Australia Post - Rangeview LPO

Customer service: AusPost need to take a hard look at the amazing work ethic from this private LPO and replicate it everywhere. You get a feeling of old school family run hospitality when you are here. Just overhearing the conversations with long term customers and then the fact that they stayed back on a Saturday (which they are open until 5:30pm) to take a passport photo of our baby.

If there was an AusPost award for customer service and work ethic let alone one of the ONLY post offices open on a Saturday past 12pm it should be awarded here!

Thank you for being human, friendly and open! You are a team to be admired and praised for your customer service.

We ended up going to the wood fired pizza store for dinner because we were so happy with your service we wanted to support another shop hoping for the same friendly service, which we got. Where energy flows business grows!

This is indeed the best Auspost branch that I have visited. It is located at 566 Mitcham Road after Alwyn St. The middle aged Indian manager was kind and had taught me patiently on how to open a business account to save my penny on postage. He assisted me with clear explanation and a wonderful smile. He is so polite and friendly.

The customer service at Rangeview LPO is fantastic. The lovely owners always greet you with a smile and there is a warmth to them that inspires confidence they genuinely care about their customers. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences whenever I’ve needed to pick up packages/post items and they have even helped me pack my items.

The owner/manager couldn’t be more helpful. Had to send an item and he went out of his way to save me money by providing a box from out the back instead of the australia post boxes and then helped prepare it to send. Made my life alot easier. Huge help!!!!!

Great post office, guys are friendly and always very helpful. They’re open later than other post offices too which is a bonus.

Friendly staff, had an issue with sender sending my item to the wrong address. Helped me understand my problem and sorted it out very quickly.

What a breathe of fresh air this PO is. Delightful couple the male owner saw me holding a very large heavy box and even though there was a queue, he looked up, stopped and took the box from me, until it was my turn. Courteous, polite, respectful great communication - just fantastic customer service with a smile. Grateful thanks to you both. ( Thursday 6 June 24 )
