I highly recommend using Landmark Computers in Mitcham if you have a problem. Technician Immanuel treated me so respectfully, even though my knowledge of computers is limited, and sorted out the problems with my notebook. After I decided to upgrade to a new notebook he helped me choose a new one with absolutely zero sales pressure and always encouraged me to make my own choice. The service was great and the price very competitive. What might have been a very stressful experience turned out to be a pleasant and successful one.

Absolute legends, I was in need of a video card and it had to be here today, they were able to take my order and ship it out in a hurry.

Upon discovering that I needed to return an item, I was advised of the process of returning; the goods were returned and all sorted without any hassle. I was looking for a particular product and my normal shops were all out of stock. Landmark had the item listed but with "limited stock". So, I went ahead and purchased it. I received immediate confirmation and then, soon after, shipping information. It arrived the next day from Melbourne->Sydney. Not only that, the price was better than that from any of the other stores.

There was a slight glitch with Australia Post where the tracking said it was being delivered to the wrong place. However, Landmark responded immediately and contacted AP. Turns out the fault was in AP's tracking system, not the real world and the package arrived very speedily and well packaged to the correct address.

I am delighted with all aspects of their service and even though the Australia Post tracking was not their fault, they responded immediately and went further than I would have expected in a remarkably short time.

Fixed broken laptop for a very competitive price. They took 5 days (3 working days) to fix it. The issue was a broken screen which they replaced. The lady at the reception desk was helpful. The man who worked in the 'technical department' who fixed my laptop was also helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable about computers. Would definitely visit again if I needed any computer repairs.

The parking around the building is ticket parking, but there is a street nearby, William St, where you can park for 2 hours (1 min walk). Overall, really good service.

Just made my first purchase with Landmark Computers online - bought the new ThinkPad X1 and accessories. Product range, pricing and service couldn't be better! I'll be back and referring friends :)

Good experience with LMC.
Placed the order for a number of PC's and was called within an hour to update me with status and discuss as one item was on backorder. Was presented with an alternative for this but I chose to wait, and was told the timeframe.
Happy to say that this was accurate and sure enough a few days later received dispatch details and the PC's arrived next day.
Would and will use LMC again.

The prices are not always the best but you can find a wide range of products for both home users and corporate offices . Most of the time we make orders through the online store or telephone and we have been very happy with the quality of the services. Would recommend to anyone.
