My recent visit to JB HiFi in Brunswick left an indelible mark due to the outstanding service provided by their dedicated staff. From the moment I entered, the team, particularly Juliet, Jack, and Sean, demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Their helpfulness extended beyond the standard expectations; they even supported me at the closing door, setting a positive tone for the entire experience.

Navigating the purchase of my new iPhone 15 Pro Max, 256 GB, proved to be a seamless process under their guidance. Despite the model's unavailability in the Brunswick store, Juliet, Jack, and Sean went the extra mile by assisting us in booking the device at the Priston store. Their proactive approach and attention to detail made the transaction smooth and stress-free.

What stood out beyond the exceptional service was the overall ambiance of the store. Impeccable cleanliness, efficient management, and thoughtfully designed lighting contributed to an inviting atmosphere. It's evident that JB HiFi in Brunswick places a premium on creating a positive and customer-centric environment.

Never would I normally review a JB HI-HI store but the service I received from Joesph was exceptional and deserves recognition! (Thurs 14th 3 - 4pm) - he was so thorough, patient, helpful and kind with his service to me selling a tech item I had no idea about! He went above and beyond and wasn't pushy but genuinely wanted to find me the right product I needed. And he did! So happy! Thank you, Joesph!

I had an issue with my click-and-collect order and the customer service I received when I called about it was super friendly and helpful plus they actually followed through with calling me back and resolving it (thanks Jack) I am very happy with the solution Ellen came back with everything was actioned super quick to resolve it! Thanks, legends

I have gone to this JB for about 10 years for my electronics. The staff are so helpful and patient. On two occasions I have needed to claim warranties and all the staff who have helped me have gone out of their way to find old receipts and replace faulty items. It’s great to have such good staff in customer service.

I'm deeply grateful to the JB Hi-Fi staff in Brunswick for their exceptional service. After buying a Samsung Flip4 with battery issues, they've been incredibly supportive, offering repairs, a replacement, and eventually helping me switch phones due to ongoing battery problems. Special thanks to Tyson for his endless patience—even amidst my frequent calls, which I joked weren't attempts to pick up on him but genuine pleas for help. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched!

OMG – just how amazing is Luana at your Brunswick store?! She offered her help to set up the Galaxy 23, ear buds and air tags that I’d purchased, and I took her up on this offer as I am not technologically-minded. She did it all just so effortlessly – clearly she knows all the ins and outs of mobile phones and associated items. Is there anything that girl doesn’t know about mobile phones? I doubt it. She helped clear out un-needed Apps and other things I had no idea about. JB Hi-Fi is fortunate to have such a terrific staff member – she is to be congratulated for not only her fabulous knowledge, but also for her superb customer service.

Sean was helpful, and knowledgeable in products. Very professional. Would recommend anyone who goes into this store to ask Sean for help!! Definitely needs a pay rise if he serves all the customers like he did with me.

Sakara was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable, highly recommend for info on records and digital accessories

The staff was super helpful. I was able to get what I needed and was in and out within 10 minutes.

And I thought customer service was dead-till yesterday. I encountered staff members who were not only extremely helpful but genuinely happy going about their roles. What? Seriously??? Hey, it's true, and it only happens when people are valued and treated well in their workplace. So well done everone,, no wonder this store is such a cherished local favourite.

I love all JB stores, bit this store in particular I think is a secret little favourite hot spot of mine. The staff are so friendly and courteous and will always do their best to make sure their customers are satisfied. Great range of action figures, movies, music and loads of other appliances. A must visit shop while in Brunswick.

I just wanna say a big shout out to Lu! Lu helped me so much when I enquired about a new Samsung Flip phone. She showed me all the ways I could get a discount including trading in my old phone and switching to Telstra. She was so helpful with setting up my new phone and helping me grab all of the other appliances I needed for it. Incredibly knowledgeable, speedy and lovely! Thank you so much :)
