Dangerfield - Sydney Rd

Well worth the trip from Dandenong for my son. Staff friendly, lovely, not overbearing like in other stores, easy to relate and talk with. Store lay out is fantastic 10/10. Will make the trek out again

Mira is INCREDIBLE. I haven’t had a shopping experience like that in years. She made me feel comfortable, even though I was feeling a bit brain dead that day, she made me giggle and most of all, she made my experience fun. I will definitely be returning. Mira deserves all the praise.

Mira is an amazing store manager!! She made me and my friend feel so supported and so comfortable 💓. They did a fantastic job picking out some outfits for us and chose some absolute bangers, they kept the vibe super positive!! . Mira is an asset to the store hands down and a beautiful person.

Mira was amazing!! (I think that’s who i was assisted by) i went in to buy scrubs for the first time and they were so lovely helping me choose. i’m very shy particularly shopping and I was so comfortable. Will definitely be going back for some other clothes xxx

I honestly never ever had a bad experience with dangerfield, but this store was 11/10! Visited today to shop for an outfit for a party.. I'm a bit shy so asking staff for help sometimes scares me... I was approached by the loveliest staff (big thank you for being so kind and asking if i needed anything) she was so sweet and helped me in picking a great outfit which i'm super happy about! <3

I'm a long term customer with Dangerfield and generally have had lovely experiences at all their stores, but came here last week and had an absolutely wonderful experience with the team - was basically personally styled by Mira, who went above and beyond to help out and make the experience of shopping for clothes absolutely wonderful. Thanks Mira!!! Also a huge thank you to the rest of of staff here, who were generally attentive and warm.

This is absolutely the most welcoming Dangerfield store I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been shopping with DF for over ten years :D The store manager Mira is fabulous and makes the experience in store a super inclusive and fun one. Her store is laid out really well and change rooms are always tidy. I’ve had lots of very helpful styling tips and suggestions from Mira and her staff, who are also really nice and friendly. Really love coming into Sydney Rd Dangerfield — highly recommend to anyone looking for alternative (Dangerfield) or vintage inspired (Princess Highway) clothes. A+++ from me.

This is hands down the best customer service, not just at Dangerfield, but at all retail I have been to.
I came in about a month ago looking for an outlet item I saw online, and within a minute I was greeted and told that the exact item I wanted wasn't in stock, but that it was in another store. I managed to get it the next day. The staff are very knowledgeable about their inventory and super friendly.
Today I went in because an item I had purchased turned out not to be suitable for the event I was going to, and I didn't expect to be able to exchange it because I didn't get a receipt. Mira remembered me from last week, managed to find my purchase in their system and help me exchange it, even though it was a few minutes until closing time. She was so lovely and makes shopping at this store a treat. It goes without saying that I will continue to shop here.

We came in yesterday with our shy girl who promptly announced that nothing in the store fitted her. And their fabulous friendly staff came racing to the rescue! Asher found just about every size six in the store and we walked out an hour later with the most amazing new outfits. Wouldn't have happened without Asher, so thankful for the kindness, the enthusiasm and the knowledge. Thank you!

I was at the Sydney Road store at about 10:30 am 23/03/23. The staff were absolutely lovely, so knowledgeable, attentive and gave personalised assistance finding my size, my preferred styles for my body shape (Pinny Dresses), age and colours to suit me.

Whoever owns this store should keep these folks on, they were so professional and worked hard - even though I ended up ordering my size from another store!
