Having recently moved to Croydon I was looking for a GP in the area that bulk billed. I chose Croydon Medical Centre based on the reviews on Google and because it was a dual billing practice. As I was a new patient, I rang to make my appointment and was warmly welcomed by the Alex who quickly and efficiently made my appointment. They usually send a new patient form by SMS but I asked for it to be emailed to me which they kindly did without question. Arriving for my appointment today I was again warmly welcomed by Panja and proceeded to wait for Dr Gutierrez. I had my appointment with Dr Gutierrez and found her to be very approachable and keen to listen to me as I went over my health history. I had the opportunity to have a couple of vaccinations that I was missing, and Dr Gutierrez administered them immediately. As a pensioner I was bulk billed for both the consultation and the vaccinations. I could not be happier with my choice of GP and clinic. Thank you also to Alex for his friendly attitude and help with getting my records transferred. Overall, a great experience. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr Gutierrez and Croydon Medical Clinic.

Dr Cortes is the best GP I’ve had.

He’s able to breakdown complex problems and communicate them in a way I can understand.

He empathetically listens to my needs, whilst efficiently providing sound medical advice. He does all of this in a humble and down to earth way.

Dr Joon Tan is a very knowledgeable and careful practitioner. However, what sets him head and shoulders above other such practitioners is that he listens to the patient and is open to discussion about the pros and cons of potential treatments. In short, he treats people intelligently and with humanity.

Dr Kamal is the absolutely the best GP.

I had the pleasur eof meeting Dr Kamal couple years ago and he has been my GP since. He is very proffessional and caring and has always time for me and listens and provides the best care suited for me.

Dr Joon Tan is very thorough. Staff were friendly, however I find now not being bulk billed is not ideal - I also have children still who are over 16 years old and to be out of pocket $40 is frustrating.

Dr. Lin Khine was very prompt, efficient and caring. Reception was also very good.

Had a wonderful experience at the clinic, unfortunately had a accident up the street with two of my fingers in which I didn’t know what to do so I went straight to the medical Centre. This is where the receptionist and the nurse were amazing, helpful, sympathetic and kind. They helped me straight away as ab emergency, then I was able to see Dr June before their day started and was able to get my fingers fixed in their emergency room area safely. The nurse held my hand the whole time and Dr June was so kind. I Had such a great experience, even though I was in quite a lot of pain and very very scared… I would happily visit the team here again.

My first visit to this clinic today, the staff on reception were so warm and welcoming, I saw Dr Andres Cortes who had minimal waiting time and was so friendly and thorough. A student doctor also sat in who was also very friendly, both making me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Great first experience and definitely recommend.
