I am will I seen Dr. Agbarakwe Chigozi a while ago I can say he has been the most fantastic doctor around Laverton he is very thorough when funding the situation to your medical situation he is a kind person from when you first walk in to when you leave he’s fantastic

I hear he owns this medical centre is that true?

Dr. Chigozie and all the staff are friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment either. Highly recommend totalcare Medical Centre - Laverton.

I have been to this clinic after visiting 2 other clinics, doctors are really great and no insane wait time.

Dr. Chigozie Agbarakwe which I can't fault his doctor advice, he was not the nicest person. His computer had a YouTube video on and he was looking through some junk mail while I was there which I think it's unprofessional. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but after looking through some reviews I guess I was not the only one who experienced this. I do not recommend coming here unless totally necessary. If you're reading this Dr Chigozie Agbarakwe, I hope you can learn to change you're behaviour with your clients and if you do, I hope you can regain your respect as a doctor again. I will not be coming back.

My boss agreed that it would be good for me to take 3 weeks off due to having some severe issue so I can get them sorted out.

The doctor wanted ALL of my medical history and know ALL of the trauma I’ve experienced which is not his job as I already have a psychologist.

Extremely unprofessional, was playing music out loud during consultation and didn’t want to close the door when I asked as people were walking past.

If you want things to stay confidential and get what you need go else where.

The most unprofessional, unskilled and hopeless doctor (Dr. Chigozie Agbarakwe) I have ever seen in my life.

Firstly, my wife and I are planning a baby had to be referred to fertility clinic (Royal Women Hospital). We did all the test and asked the doctor to send the referral directly to the Hospital. The doctor asked my wife to visit hospital/clinic to submit the referral. When visited hospital they said that Doctor's clinic need to send referral via Fax. On our next visit we mentioned this to Dr. Chigozie Agbarakwe, he said we have done this multiple times so we know.

Secondly, he absolutely lacks skills and professionalism. He takes ages to type any referral. In addition he has his music played out loudly without being considerate and attentive to patient visiting in his consulting room.

Thirdly, the authorities like AHPRA and Health Department should seriously investigate this Doctor. He is a shame to health care system. I was talking to him and he said this is Bulk billing we give only 10-15 min consultation. If you want to talk you can pay and come private. For every single and simple thing he would ask to come to his clinic so he can get money per appointment.

SERIOUSLY AVOID IF YOU CAN .

Been going to this clinic for last 2 years, always seeing Dr.Phan. On March 11, went to pick my blood test report and saw Dr. Agbarakwe Chigozi for the first time. When i asked him to print my report, he said you have to pay 50cents per page if you want the print out. I was surprised as i have never been asked for that before by there clinic. So when i asked him why he is charging me money now, Dr Agbarakwe got furious instantly and said Medicare pay me for seeing you and not printing reports for you. You have to pay for my ink, my paper and my rent. I asked them if he can email me my reports instead, he got even more furious and asked me to reach out to lab directly. then he opened the door gesturing me to leave the office. After two weeks, i went to see Dr. Phan again today knowing that Dr. Agbarakwe sits only on Saturday so don't have to deal with unprofessionalism again. After discussing my health concern for today, when i asked Dr. Phan to give me my report he mentioned that he sees bad remarks about me on the report. I then told him what happened, he acted upset and surprised, then took me to the receptionist who then told me that Dr.Agbarkwe is the CEO and he made new rule on last Monday the 13 (after my visit) to charge all the patients 35cents for print outs. I asked where is the notice to talk about the additional charges and they said it is applicable case by case basis. Dr.Phan who then told me that he is surprised as he never charged his patients print charges and not aware of any notice. HOWEVER despite him acting all that surprise, he made me pay 50cents (receptionist said there rule is 35cents but he wanted me to pay 50cents only) per page for the report.

I'm very very surprised and shocked by all the doctors working in this medical centre, they are not only highly unprofessional and unethical, they think they can make any rules and regulations and disrespect people anyhow they like.

Never go to this clinic or Dr. Agbarakwe Chigozi.

I have been suffering with a blocked ear since July 2018 with NO pain. Eventually my ENT had to operate and cut a hole through my ear and drain out the built-up fluid from within the inner ear to try to unblock the it. Exactly a week later I started to get a good deal of pain and within hours I could not continue at my work. I called my ENT to see what I should do and basically I had to see either him or a GP. I could not get into my own GP as she was usually booked up to 3 weeks in advance so I went to the centre closest to me............BIG mistake!
After getting through 20 minutes of Dr Phan (fan, he said so himself) typing "single finger" my WHOLE medical history (50 yrs worth) he asked what was the purpose of my visit.
I explained as simply as possible what had happened since July. He took my temp and my HR, (declared them perfect) said that obviously the ENT hadn't fixed my previous ear infection with the procedure and said my ear canal was slightly red and therefore would prescribe "drops" as the infection was external...NOT internal.
I tried to explain again that I had had NO pain previously since the ear became blocked and that there had been NO infection. "Fan" proceeded to tell me how long he had practised for and that he would do what was best for the patient.
Now, I understand perfectly if I had been asking for Morphine medication or some other "addictive" medication but I just needed some proper anti-biotics..............!
This is the FIRST time I have EVER openly disagreed with a doctor to their face and tried to explain but I was in pain and really needed to get the right medication as it is only a few days to Xmas and I only have 3 days work left in which I need to get some things ready for next year.
I was most respectful but felt like I was not being heard and that the treatment was not correct so this time, I said so. He continued to argue so eventually I got up, thanked him for his time and left.
On the way out I thanked the receptionist, (she is lovely and very efficient).
On exiting I called my ENT, explained what had transpired, he said he was sorry and that the GP obviously didn't understand and perhaps I could make it to him before they closed. I tried but the traffic was too bad. However, my ENT, left me a script since such an infection if left can be life threatening and I picked it up first thing the next morning. Thanks to the "spinning GP" I had to endure a fair bit of discomfort for the night!
I will NEVER attend this centre to see Dr Phan!!! You shouldn't either, but be free to make up your own mind........wish I had checked here first! I didn't want to even give 1 star but couldn't post this without clicking one. So I give that star to the receptionist!!!

I didn't realise it was possible for doctors this bad and unprofessional to exist. They should have their registrations revoked by AHPRA, if they even have them. Actually I might check their registrations out on AHPRA now. The doctors at this clinic are a joke. I have seen 2 seperate doctors on 2 different occassions and they were both deplorable.

Don't even waste your time going to this place.

Look, if it were possible to give a score of zero or -10 I would have given it. Its disgusting.

Like Yvonne Nikolao I also saw Dr. Phan at this clinic, he started asking me private medical questions loudly in the hallway of the clinic for other patients and reception staff to hear - bad start. The appointment inside his office only got worse. I ended up leaving the clinic crying.

UPDATE: I have contacted AHPRA because I cannot find Dr. Phan's registration on the AHPRA website and the registration number that the clinic gave me returns no results.

Do not go to this clinic.

Doctor told me it is virtually impossible for me to lose weight and laughed at me. Doctor Phan is a joke and has no respect for his patients. His license needs to be revoked.

He should be fired. The receptionists and the other doctor are lovely but DR PHAN SHOULD BE REMOVED INSTANTLY!!!

Dr was very unprofessional took calls during consultation, was made to feel very uncomfortable and when asked about my diagnosis dr responded with ‘im the dr not you’. Would not recommend going here.

Dr Agbarakwe is always behind in his patient appointments, the GP and owner of total care medical centre laverton needs to hire another GP

Not happy with clinic not bulk bill anymore. I am not pay for to see GP!

Never never never never ever going to the clinic ever again as I my family is precious to me......

Avoid this clinic if u can.
