I have only been to a Lorna Jane store once. I attended Knox City today looking for a strap for my yoga mat. Karina (hope I spelt your name correctly) did not have any stock of straps, so found me one that was used on a display mat at no charge. Next time I am looking for any exercise related gear, this will be my first stop. It was a super nice gesture and Karina was friendly and helpful.

I just had the most amazing customer service from this store. I believe the assistance name was Stacey, she went above and beyond to help me with my Purchases. She deserves a bonus.

I was aknowledged attended to and the sale made
After explaining what I wanted I was shown the product and the service was how all other retail shops should be

I visited in store a few weeks back to purchase some new LJ gear to replace my older items.
Only after spending an hour and a half in store picking out items, watching eco bag after eco bag being ripped open for try ons, swapping sizes, styles etc and get to the check out with $550+ total did I find out that LJ don't take cash anymore.
You claim you're "on a journey" to "less consumption" but you've removed a recyclable currency, to top it off you ask customers who have cash to purchase more plastic (gift cards) to complete their purchase in your store.
This isn't an ethical measure, perhaps you should have considered other measures first before removing a legal tender.
