The King Hotel

Come in for the various Happy Hours and it will be worth it. It was a fairly quiet Weds night when we visited, lots of sports on TV. We had the "Parma and a Pot" deal and upgraded to a pint for an extra $6, basically saving $11! Food portion was huge. It's pub grub, good and filling. They have various other deals on too. Loved this pub , it's a hidden gem. Great atmosphere and happy hour is well timed. It's in a great location and is very well decked out. You won't be disappointed 😁🍺

Fairly priced beers in the CBD! Such an organized and well-managed hotel. Literally left my ipad there last year and they made a note of my phone number and held onto it for months until we were able to come back and get it. There are good people in the world!!!!

Large area with lots of space and tables.
Lots of tvs with different sports on.
Good bar service.
Food was good and the drinks.
If I was looking for a well priced pub meal I'd return here again.

Just had one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time! Better yet Monday night deal it was only $20 and still a good size and thick n juicy, cooked to perfection, chips were crispy, salad had a nice dressing and the mushroom sauce was yum! I’m not from Melbourne but will definitely eat here when I come back!

Had a parmigiana and a few pints watching the footy. Great food and service, every sport on big screens. Love it

Really enjoyed the food and drinks it was a cosy venue and Jade was an awesome host. It was a great place for conversations and to watch sport if you’re into it.

I had a Barramundi and my partner had a porterhouse which was perfectly cooked and the barramundi was top notch. The staff was lovely and the service on point. Had the best time after Taylor swift and i recommend this place for all the swifties

The food and beers are great, it's got heaps of sports, and the team are genuine and welcoming. Just needs a pinball machine to go with the pool table!

Great pub food and happy hour with a number of activities (trivia night, etc.). Great value for money especially compared to joints nearby. Service was good and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Good food and was accommodating for a large group. Lots of sports screens around to watch too. Menu had lots of options and the quality of the food was good. Definitely worth a meal and a beer while watching the footy on a Friday night.

Had dinner there on our weekend escape to Melbourne. It was a fantastic experience with great food, friendly staff, excellent service in a warm atmosphere. Cheers guy's.

The most delicious chicken parmi I've ever eaten! Cooked to perfection, perfect sauce-ham-cheese ratio, chips bloody delicious with an amazing salt.

Only disliked the fennel in the salad but no biggie.
