I cannot fault my experience at Luv Bridal. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered drinks, the space is beautiful, and instantly put me at ease. I had the sweetest stylist Imogen, who made every moment calm, fun, and exciting. She was patient and listened to my requests, and ultimately helped me to find my DREAM DRESS. I couldn't recommend Luv Bridal more - especially Imogen, and I am secretly hoping she gets to be there when I get my dress back in a few months. Thanks so much to your amazing team for making what I envisioned would be a stressful experience, so perfect xx

With the wonderful help from stylist Matisse, I found my dress! The showroom was amazing and a great array of dresses from different designers to suit everyone.
Matisse was such a wonderful help and helped me throughout my appointment so much! I felt so comfortable around her making it such an easy and wonderful time!

Absolutely an incredible experience at the Chadstone store. Could not fault the girls. I had Chloe for my first appointment and she was amazing. Unfortunately I am injured and in a moon boot but Chloe was so helpful and patient helping me get in and out of the gowns. I went back yesterday and Ashleigh was also amazing. Helping me determine that the dress I got, really was my dream dress. The service, and designs I could not fault! 🤍

I had a wonderful experience at LUV Bridal as they exceeded my expectation. I got Chloe who was very patient and kind with helping me choose my dress as I am not the best at decision making and helping me narrow it down. Once I picked up the dress and had my fitting I was also greeted with a lovely lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) they put me at ease and made me feel truly beautiful in my dream dress thank you ladies!! 🥰

I had the best experience at Luv Bridal, Chadstone. My consultant, Ashleigh was very helpful and patient as I tried on multiple dresses. She stuck to my budget and was never pushy or made me feel pressured to overspend. Overall I would recommend to any soon to be bride!

I just wanted to pop on and give the staff at Luv Bridal 5 stars. After trying on numerous dresses all over Melbourne, Luv Bridal was my last stop. I had Imogen on the day who spent way over my appointment time with me trying on god only knows how many dresses and she really was my personal hype girl on the day. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel comfortable, being patient and ultimately helping me find my wedding dress. However, me being me a few days later started having doubts on my dress and again Luv Bridal stepped up. This time Ashleigh came to my rescue. Ashleigh went out of her way, making me an appointment with her personally, to make my dress everything that I wanted it to be. After getting numerous ridiculous quotes for alterations Ashleigh found a much more affordable, and quite frank, better alternative. I cannot thank the girls enough for their patience and professionalism ☺

I had the pleasure of being served by Liz at Luv Bridal who made the whole process seamless and stress-free. She was so accommodating with me and my guests that I brought along to my appointments.

From my first appointment, I knew I’d come back to keep finding ‘the one’ for my wedding day! Liz was very friendly, patient and had a great product knowledge. She could answer all my questions and explained everything from brands, styles, measurements, veils, etc.

After trying many dresses, I ended up choosing a style that I never thought I’d go for. It was too beautiful to pass on! I cannot wait to collect the dress when it’s ready and to wear it on my special day.

Yesterday I tried on my first lot of wedding dresses. Imogen was a great help walking us through the different sections of the boutique, pointing out which dresses I already liked in my appointment details. Trying the various styles was made easy with Imogen's assistance. She was bouncing off my energy, asked questions along the way to gauge how I felt and was never pushy. My mum, sister and I had a ball. Would definitely recommend LUV Bridal and Imogen to family and friends 🤍

I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience at Luv Bridal Chadstone. Was the first and only store I ended up going too as I found my dress here. The aesthetic is stunning and they have a huge range of dresses catering to many different price points. My consultant Chloe was amazing. She was friendly, clearly knew her stuff, shared on details, listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t like when narrowing down dress options. My entourage also fed off her energy and I don’t think I realised the importance of the consultant in finding your dress and having the best experience. I truly appreciate her more than she’d imagine and if anyone else is booking ask for her !!!. They also have many accessory options and I was surprised that my dress will be in by 5 months unlike the larger wait times at some other places. Highly, highly recommended.

My wedding dress shopping experience at Luv Bridal was fantastic! Sharvet made me feel comfortable trying on the dresses and helped me narrow down what I loved, liked, and didn’t like about the dresses. I am going back in a month with my bridesmaids to re-try my top 3 dresses and I can’t wait!

Within just over 6 months before my wedding day, I was a little overwhelmed by the idea of 'dress shopping'. LUV Bridal exceeded all my expectations in terms of service, range and quality of product on offer.

I walked out of my first apt. (with the gorgeous Kony) with a stunning dress on order and with confidence that the priority arrival date will allow ample time for minor alterations etc.

I went into my appointment a bit sceptical based on past experiences in other stores and certain my dress was elsewhere, however, Ashleigh was incredible. Ash had me at ease the moment we met, truly listening to what I was after, the vibe for our wedding and it is because of Ashleigh that I said yes to the dress! It was a gown she pulled for me to try on and I finally had 'the moment'. Incredibly grateful and so excited to move forward with Ash's help!

I had the most amazing experience at Luv Bridal, and it's all thanks to Matis! She was an absolute gem of a shop assistant. Despite the fitting being only an hour and a half, she went above and beyond, being incredibly patient as I tried on about six dresses, even when I went over the appointment time.

Matis's expertise and warm demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I was fortunate enough to find my dream dress on my first go, thanks to her helpful guidance. I can't sing their praises enough—Luv Bridal is a fantastic store with a stellar team. If you're on the hunt for the perfect dress and a wonderful shopping experience, look no further! I saw Reya who was an absolute expert with the dresses I looked at. She was very experienced and very patient with me. I was so impressed with the showroom, blown away by how many dresses there is to try on. Highly recommend going and ask for Reya.

I had the best experience with Ashleigh. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. The “Christmas Gift” idea that Luv Bridal had was also so clever! The studio is stunning and the collections of dresses were mesmerising (and more affordable than I initially thought)! I found my dress there and would 10/10 recommend Luv Bridal to all those looking for a fabulous and spoiled experience.

I had two appointments with Matisse and she was incredible. She made me feel confident and beautiful. She’s soft spoken and allowed me to pick a dress I wholeheartedly loved. The second appointment, she had the help of Sia who was lovely and knowledgable. A big thanks to them two. I hope others are blessed to have them as their stylists.

I had a very positive experience with Luv Bridal Chadstone. At my first appointment, I was welcomed and assisted by Ashleigh and Anna, they were both very friendly and helpful, they listened to what I wanted in my dream dress and also recommended some other dresses in case I missed any styles that might fit. They took the time for me to try on each dress, it didn’t feel rushed at all. Anna also showed me upstairs where they have a wide range of off the rack options and accessories. I didn’t make my decision at the first appointment but I went back to second trial and bought my dream dress. I was again assisted by Ashleigh, she was so kind and professional, she was so thorough with the measurement and she took the time to explain to me about my size and made sure I was happy with the order.
Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming, but the girls made it easier for me. I would recommend this bridal store to anyone without a doubt. A good experience overall and I’m looking forward to pick up my dress in August!

My daughter had an appointment with Ashleigh at the Chadstone store last week and she was AMAZING! So knowledgeable about the dresses (she knew many of them by name) but also not pushy and she listened to what we liked rather than pushing her own views. My daughter found a dress she loves - and it was not the style we originally thought we would look good on her - and that was down to Ashleigh's guidance and expert advice. Thanks heaps Ash! Absolutely thrilled with the customer service provided by Ping during my consultation.
Ping was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and took care in helping me try on each dress.
The store has a wide range of dresses in all styles and sizes. Some of which were available to buy off the rack.
After trying on multiple dresses I fell in love and purchased one on the day.
I would recommend LUV Bridal to any bride.
