Oakleigh Friendly Grocer and Liquor

I visited today. I recently returned from a Greek holiday, and wanted to recreate some lovely food I'd had abroad.

Excellent service from the manager, he was very knowledgeable and it was a wonderful experience.

I bought lots of ingredients to make a delicious Greek weekend lunch!

Manager could do with a lesson or two in customer service.

For further reference, unhappy customers are offered a refund or replacement product.

Just remember the customer pays your bills.
If there was a minus star I would have used it.

Normally known for exceptional customer service 🤣🤣🤣 that's the funniest thing I heard in a long time.

Rude customer service was not what I expected from the "friendly grocer" today...
Yesterday we bought Romanian sheep milk cheese that turned out to be tainted. Gave it back to them today for a replacement and instead was rudely told "what do you expect for $12.50?" .... and then they denied me a replacement or refund. At the very least l, I expected a product which meets Australian consumer law standards. Shameful.
