In my view XM2 offers a 5 star service. I ordered the Nazgul5 V2 HD drone from them as it was literally sold out everywhere in the states. Unfortunately my package got lost in the AU Post system. Charlie at XM2 proceeded to handle the issue and kept me informed the whole way through as to the progress. He tried to get the drone located for over a month but unfortunately in the end the drone was seemingly lost for good in the AU Post system.
I was worried. I was now out quite a bit of $$ and half way around the world but XM2 did me a solid and with out even hesitating they offered a full refund and they let me know as soon as a new Nazgul became available. stand up people, great service. You can shop with confidence at XM2. Thanks for the help guys!
