Very happy with the service I received at Highpoint forty winks. The staff know their products and are extremely helpful & patient.
I’m finally having the best night sleep on my tempur mattress and adjustable base. Took advantage of their 40year birthday sale with savings of up to 60% off most things.
Even if not on sale I found their prices are better than anywhere else.
The best thing was I didn’t have to wait long for my new bed to be delivered.
Cannot fault the service I received from walking in to the store to my goods being delivered. A+++ service. Thank you to all.

We had a great experience with Martha who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the Bed Match experience. We found our dream mattress, all thanks to her! She was also super lovely keeping our toddler company while we were trying out beds. Not at all pushy like some salespeople can be, we felt very comfortable in her care. Thank you Martha :)

For the last 40-plus years, I don’t call ever recall waking up feeling like I’d had a good night’s rest. I’ve always bought good mattress (at least I thought I was buying a good mattress at the time), but you don’t know until you actually sleep on the thing.

Well, the Tempur Rhapsody Pro mattress from Forty Winks Highpoint has changed all that. My first night sleeping on the mattress as so relaxing, I hardly moved all night and woke up feeling refreshed and like I had actually slept. No back and body pains and I woke up hours earlier than what I normally would as I got the rest and I need and did not have to stay in bed because I was still tired and sluggish after a night’s sleep.

Three months prior, I mattress shopped on the internet and on the advice from a family member, bought a box mattress from a reputable company with 100’s of good reviews. However, this mattress was not for me as it exacerbated my already present lower back pain and I woke up feeling tired as I’d tossed and turned all night. Thanks to the 100-day trial period, I was able to return the mattress and topper.

I spent the next month seriously searching for the right mattress for me. I visited just about every mattress seller in Melbourne and also researched on the internet. I also visited a man who made mattresses in his home for big retailers. And so, my search continued until I went to Forty Winks in Highpoint West. Determined to make sure I wouldn’t regret my purchase again, I spent almost five house in the store with Martha the saleswoman who patiently guided me as I tested mattress after mattress.

Martha was amazing, professional and so patient listening and answering all my questions over and over again. She understood where I was coming from and gave me the space and respect to shop my way without any pressure and she didn’t use sales tactics to manipulate me into buying, you know what I mean!
She also showed me a number of different pillows and I bought two that are also amazing. Martha just seemed to know what was right for me.

My whole experience at Forty Winks Highpoint West was a delight! And the deliver process made the whole experience seamless, easy and pleasurable. I highly recommend you go and see Martha and the team at 40 Winks Highpoint West even if you don’t live in the area or nearby!

Martha was an absolute delight of a sales person, she is so knowledgable and knows which mattress is best for you. Had such an amazing experience with her, super lovely and funny as well. 10/10 for Martha!

Had a good time here with Martha she was very friendly and with our sons as well made him feel comfortable while we got fitted on the bed machine then after that had a look at various bed all different price ranges and choose one and a base thanks Martha and 40 winks customer service was awesome!

We were very impressed with the service and knowledge of the salesperson on helping us find the right mattress. Used something called a Bedmatch selection process to pick the right mattress for us which was different and a better experience compared to the other stores we visited. Also great timing as it was during Black Friday Sale which sealed the deal for us. Would recommend and go back too.

We purchased a mattress, base and bed frame from Forty Winks Highpoint recently. The store has a very good range of mattresses and bedroom suites. We used the bedMatch diagnostic system. Thank you to Mel, Tony and all the staff at the store. Their knowledge and customer service was excellent as they listened to our sleeping issues and outlined the various options. We have been very impressed with the store and with Ranga for the efficient delivery and installation. We love our MySize Gen 5 mattress and matching pillows. Looking forward to restful sleeps.

Went to the store to buy the mattress, wasn't sure as they aren't cheap. Ended up having a chat with one of their staff members who were quite happy to answer my questions. Finally decided to buy Sealy mattress based on the staff member's (Shaina) recommendation. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were nice to give a heads up. Thanks for the assistance.

BETTER yet, their prices were exceptional, particularly with the add on value the Black Friday sales presented.
