I don't shop for my furniture anywhere else in Melbourne! It's Domayne or nothing! Whilst some may argue sophisticated furniture stores in terms of design a d functionality are not hard to find these days, but a great customer experience on the other hand, is truly hard to find. I walked into Domayne one day dressed rather sloppily (as I was in a rush) and to my surprise, this young gentleman by the name of Nicholas Wong never judged me one bit, but rather, painstakingly walked me through the entire selection of the store's sofa couches; and more importantly, took the time to understand my family's needs and nuances as I yapped on and on. Talk about human capital! Kudos to Domayne Melbourne for their talent pool, and not forgeting, for always meeting my family's needs and wants :)

I shopped twice from the store for indoor and outdoor furniture as well, they have premium quality furniture and lot of customisation options are also available with them. Salespeople over there specifically NICK & JUHI are very approachable and patient enough to explain every detail and help us to choose the best suitable furniture for our space.Overall had a good experience both the times.

What stands out most of my engagement with Nic at Domayne Furniture section was his approachable demenaour, patience in attending to me, the indecisive type & never pressuring me to commit to a buy on my 1st visit just so that he can quickly close a sale. Visited Domayne Qv furniture store while in city and was very pleased with selection we are currently in process of building (early stages) and I'm so glad I stumbled in to the store, never realised there was a Domayne/Harvey Norman store in the City in QV! Beautiful shop with such nice pieces at pretty decent prices for what you get! In great location too although a little hidden on top level of QV building. Very good service from staff as well. So welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Rare these days! They have everything we need for our new home even bedroom furniture and electrical too. We are about 8 or so months off from a big purchase but will definitely be coming back!
