When asked, gave us some great recommendations where to eat in Carlton for Lunch on that day. Items in the shop all reasonably priced, able to purchase a well discounted 2023 Diary. Thanks Manu !

This is one of my favorite little stores on Lygon Street, and I miss going there. Nice selection of high quality colored cardboard/papers and inks.
The owner is lovely. He once drove all the way to his supplier in the evening to get me something that was out of stock in time for my deadline the next morning.

Received 5 star service today from Manu in securing Pink concert tickets, he was extremely helpful, giving great advice and was really friendly, I won't go anywhere else now to get ticketek tickets! He seriously made my day! thanks Manu :) in a day where customer service can be hit and miss you were an absolute hit - people in the line waiting were also very impressed with your friendliness and professionalism.

Went in this morning to purchase Queen tickets only to find out only Telstra customers had presale access. I was quite upset and he helped me through the process, signed me up, verified an account for me, all whilst having other customers come in. After much fear of not getting our tickets, he managed to get all the tickets exactly where we wanted them. Manu was very helpful and didn't hesitate to help me all the way til the end. Thank you once again, you have made 13 Queen fans very happy, much appreciated keep up the good work!!!

Manu! What a legend - super nice guy and consistently goes above and beyond to look after his customers. Have organized a number of package pickups without a hitch. Great selection of up to date magazines as well. Highly recommend.

I love this newsagency. I always come here to collect parcels, and Manu remembers my name every time. He is super friendly and efficient - seriously the best customer service I've ever had. The shop also has a great range of magazine, gadgets, food and newspapers. If you're on Lygon Street, just drop in and have a look! Thanks Manu.

Got some parcels coming but couldn't pick them up since I was away. The owner was helpful and willing to look after them for a month until I come home. One of the better parcel points in Melbourne.

Like any typical convenience store in Melbourne, Carlton Newsagency carries Myki tickets, Newspapers, Confectionaries, ticketek and what not. But unlike most stores where the clerks are surly and hard to communicate with, Manu is the best staff himself. Manu is always ready to chat and eager to help. It's a huge contrast to many stores in Melbourne. Though you wouldn't come here for the great décor, you'll definitely come back because of their great service. You wouldn't know how helpful a few nice words are in a day until you've talked to the guy there and you come out smiling. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

Carlton is very lucky to have Manu and his wife as our local Newsagents. Not only are they always friendly and welcoming but they go above and beyond to help. Manu helps you to navigate the not so user friendly postal system and makes receiving parcels a breeze. Thank you!!!!!!!

Amazing service.
We waited in our car from midnight til opening for P!nk tickets.
The owner was very friendly and let us sit in the shop while we waited for tickets to go onsale.
