We have bought several times online. If a product is not available, they reply promptly with alternate products.
Their website is easy to navigate and they have a large selection to choose from. The prices are reasonable, as is the delivery fee.
All orders are processed promptly and their is quick delivery.
The lollies are excellent and include many old favourites no longer available in other stores.

Ordered online with little fuss - the site is generally easy to navigate. The search bar brings up relevant items and the categories help with finding specific types of sweet. Does what you need it to. Shipping took about a week, but I'm in another state and I gather it must be busy down there! I got mostly hard boiled sweets and regular shipping, and they arrived perfectly fine. Also, thank you for stocking Percy Pigs! I couldn't find them anywhere in-state after my local store stopped, so this store was a godsend. High reccommendation for online ordering!

I love my Liquorice/ Licorice!
The original Lolly shop is the ONLY place to find 5% Liquorice wheels! Others say they have them but actually only 1.7% licorice! (well that's better than DL which only has 0.5% ("Licorice flavoured molasses")

Got sent some powdered donuts. Packaging came with a free lolly, bag, and a cold pack. The whole thing was sealed super well to keep them fresh, brilliant service.

The Original Lolly Store , my review is : first time buyer from you and I'd like to say that even with all my questions I asked, you didn't hesitate to help me and let me know what I was asking about. I even thought I was annoying at some point.
My parcel arrived by Australia Post yesterday all secure and tightly packed. As much as I wanted to try the Polly Waffle first I haven't yet. I have tried one of the fairy floss YUM really great tasting and really not sticky at all and not at all like the normal fairy floss we get here from fairs, I loved it.
I also loved that I got some extra complementary treats thankyou for that. I've tried one of the Munchies different kind of taste I think that comes from the UK they are like pieces of chocolate and biscuit base, layed with smooth caramel then chocolate covered over them I ate one then just sat in bed watching a movie eating the whole pack. I bought like 31 things so I'm going to take my time. Another thing I'm looking forward to trying is the Dutch Pretzel Jellies.
