A beautiful store for browsing! Service was fantastic and unobtrusive, other stores in the vicinity can be quite aggressive with their sales approach but the staff at James Lane are great. They said hello and let us browse at our own leisure. We ended up buying a dining table and are very happy with our purchase. The delivery process was also easy to organise. Thanks, James Lane!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a sofa here. Axel was so helpful and kind, I’ve never felt more comfortable with a sales person. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and the prices are very reasonable - big thanks to the friendly staff!

Have shopped from here a few times. Very happy with the service. Staff are always willing to help and honest about delivery timeframes as they were on backorder. Actually saw some customers speaking rudely to staff when I was in store and it shocked me. I think people need to realise not everything is in the retailer's control with shipping and everyone just needs chill out a bit. We were given a call when items were ready so I could organise final payment and organise delivery. Great furniture and definitely would be going back to order again.

The staff respected us as customers and allowed myself and my wife to browse at our own pace without making is feel any pressure at all. They also helped us when we requested their assistance to move furniture and floor coverings to get a accurate look at things when put together. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping there and recommend people visit this store.

The prices in store are great with many products at reduced prices.

The James Lane team are always so helpful and patient. We bought a few thing's from there last year and went back to buy another couch recently because we know how great the service is and the prices are great too! The product quality is also amazing.
