Kmart Rowville

This Kmart has an awesome range and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Everything is easy to find and there are enough team members that you can find someone to help you if you need it. The express click and collect is great and the stock levels online have always been accurate for me. They have some great instore clearance specials too particularly after holidays i.e christmas, easter etc

Let's just say our family frequents this store and no real complaints over the years. Generally well stocked, friendly staff, easy to get a trolley (because you'll need it), open manual registers when self-serve gets very busy. Happy shopper 👍

I wish to offer my appreciation of the efficient work "Sharon" of Kmart Rowville who went out of her way to rectify a pilling shirt problem I had.
She photograph the said item, and had Marcus record all the details.
She said she would refer this to her Manager Catherine on commencement of her shift the next day and call me with the results, which she did.
I would like to thank her very much for her VERY efficient handling of this issue.

The lady who served me, Charlene, was very nice, chatty, friendly and obviously loved her job. Left the store went and did some other shopping then, Charlene was on her break sitting outside the store, offered to watch my full trolley while i ran to the bathroom. Was pretty impressed with her helpfulness. Thank you.

Good sized store with an adequate amount of stock level. Store is laid out nicely and has easy to read signs to find what you’re looking for easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store wasn’t too busy which was a nice change from visiting other Kmarts.

I recently discovered I could make fudge with just chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a thick pot on slow heat. I tried it with dark chocolate chunks and I tried it with semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's better with both kinds. It comes out pretty bad with just the dark chocolate. The best add-ins are crushed almonds and marshmallows -- what you get from that is Rocky Road. It takes about twenty minutes from start to fridge, and then it takes about six months to work off the twenty pounds you gain from eating it. All things in moderation, friends. All things in moderation.

Love this store! I make sure I go here for all my Kmart things! It's a nice quiet store and still with the old layout that makes it easy to get around. The staff are always so kind and friendly to me, help me with whatever I need or helping me find what I am looking for. 100% would recommend this store.

Kmart Rowville is by far the greatest Kmart I have ever shopped at. The staff were incredible, always willing to help even though they were incredibly busy. I couldn't find any of the items myself but the young men named Josh and Ammat offered to help with whatever I needed. Store is very neat and tidy. Would recommend to anyone, friendly staff is very rare nowadays! Young man named Sam was very nice too!

I am nearly 80 with chronic health & am slow in action, so only like going through a checkout with an assistant , but was having trouble with my purse getting my card out, but the lass serving did not hassle me but was very kind. Well done.

Love K-Mart...but why is the Rowville store so dark... I don't want to stay in the store.. it doesn't seem inviting at all.... nothing like Chaddy, Brandon Park 🥺🥺 or fountain gate.. Update I think they have paid the electrical bill.. hahahaha

I like what Kmart has done with this store over the years. It's spacious. The layout makes sense. There are plenty of checkouts so queuing time is usually very short during peak hours. Shelves are usually stocked as well unlike some other stores I have been to.

This mechanic is managed really well. Good customer service and the guy is patient in explaining the car related things. Plus the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

I went to here today for a tyre change and I honestly had such a good experience. Darren was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish and even though it was a small job, he just made the whole process so easy. Thank you so much!

I had my tyre replaced here recent and fitted. I was very impressed with the service. The best bit was, when i sure the guy ask his mate to double check, to make sure the tyer was fitted properly before he back the car out 👍

Went to Kmart to buy fitted bedsheet but ended up seeing other bargains to buy. Wasnt very busy in middle of the day, but i would have preferred someone at checkout rather than self-checkout.

Shelves always seem to be stocked, good variety and easy place to navigate and shop. Parking is also not bad.

Always greeted by friendly, efficient staff member. Good range of stock and I like placement of registers near exit rather than centrally.

After the fast pace of Christmas, it was nice to return to a relaxed pace. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is good variety of products to choose from. The store is ALWAYS lovely and clean.

It's a Kmart, it's great just like the rest of them. I like their layout a little less than others but realistically it's just because I don't frequent this store as often. There was a line, but it's December.
