Coles Mill Park Lakes

Excellent service received from Mark when l visited your Coles to obtain a large quantity of powerades that were on special. He went out of his way to help us find the amount we needed as we belong to a not for profit go kart club. Whenever they are on special we always shop at Mill Park Lakes Coles as they are so helpful. I shop there for my weekly groceries because of the service. Thanks Mark.

It was good. The worker were nice and helpful. Just don't have much deli options like Coles Mernda.

Generally it's great, staff are friendly. The odd occasion you'll get a team member that is rude.

I just want to say thank you to the staff of this store. I went last weekend there and girls at front were so patient and helpful . I experienced lot of harsh and rude answers from other stores and i understand retail people are really at edge of there patience but salute and appreciate customer service i recieved in this store

Great spacious supermarket with everything u need. Staff very helpful when asked where something was that I couldn't find. Checkout operator very friendly n packed everything in the bags provided neatly n well. So clean n bright n fruit n veg great quality n even friend some new chicken packs

Little but great place to shop easy access and a pleasant shop and the best service compared to shopping complex

The usual Coles. Up to a point. The big difference is the staff, who are head and shoulders above every other Coles within many kilometres of this store.

It was good just wish they had delivered instead of going to pick up the shopping my husband was inalot of pain from a bad fall

Received wonderful service from Rebecca at the check out! Very helpful and friendly! She was so great with our little baby while we packed our shopping in the trolly and paid making our shopping experience easy.

Great store, friendly staff and great location. Shelves are always stocked well with a large variety. Can be very busy at times and they offtern only have a couple of registers open so be prepared to wait.

Always clean, spacious aisles, never caught in a huge queue for a single open checkout. Public toilets in the same building, and a Smokin' Joe's out the front, to boot.

Never too busy and staff are engaged. 5 star cos I would love Coles to keep it open.

I like shopping here as the prices are pretty good, and the fruit is a good price and good quality. The staff are friendly and make your shopping experience great.
