Australia Post - Carnegie Post Shop

I went to sort out my passport after changing my name and Nick went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to go through my documents with me and even confirm things with the department twice given that my case was complicated. He was willing to help me and stick by me to make sure that my passport would go through.
After going to 4 Australia Posts today to sort this out, I will definitely be back if I need anything.

Why would we award Australia Post Carnegie maximum stars??
Well put quite simply, we couldn't give them more!!
George and his colleagues are the tops! We were provided with great customer service and any hassles we encountered were resolved with efficiency, patience and courtesy.... with a bonus of GOOD HUMOUR and smiles!
Simply the BEST!!!

I just want to say that the service here has improved significantly in the last few weeks, super pleasant. I agree with many of the reviews of the Asian guy working at the back and having the worst attitude and making it difficult to get your parcels but since he hasn’t been there the last few times I’ve gone, the experience has improved significantly. I also want to mention a lady at the front who is so lovely I wish I knew her name to thank her for always being so pleasant.

After seeing and reading all the negative reviews about the Post office, I certainly had my reservations. But you cant judge a place until you go in and experience it yourself.
All staff we're very friendly and helpful. I had a new staff helping me out but it just takes a little bit of patience and understanding that my request needed a little more time as she was doing it for the first time.
For the time i was the other i witness the other staff being helpful and courteous to the other customers.
Although there are numerous 1 star. I'm sure that there are 10 others that wouldve of given them 5 stars but just haven't left a review. :)

Staffs are always so helpful and friendly. Went to pick up my parcels a couple of times already, never encounter any unpleasantness. One time I had to pick up three boxes of goods up to 20kgs by myself. The gentleman helped me loading everything on the trolly and make sure they’re all in place so they won’t fall half way home. Thank you guys again for your great service!

I lost my tracking number for a very important international parcel and the shop attendant Jasmine went above and beyond to help me, patiently going through ALL the package slips within that time period (there were a lot of slips). Amazing staff member and service.

My wife & I went for an ID check for property transfer. She was skilful and helpful, explaining everything while performing the process. She even was helping one of her colleagues from time to time.
It's very good Austlia Post have people as Jasmine on board, she must be promoted and help to train other staff members.

Had to get verification of identification and client authorisation done for a conveyance. We were served by a fellow named Bryce, who was exceptional. Great customer service, very friendly and professionally managed the process in great time given the complexity. Very grateful!
