The time if I want to talk with the pharmacist because at say chemist warehouse or Priceline I can’t actually take my time to talk with anyone but Puckle Street pharmacy has made me a special home, my favourite place, where I can talk to others.

I got both my daughters (4 and 5 years old) ears pierced last week by Lydia. She was so lovely and caring! She made my girls feel so comfortable, she was so gentle and kind with them. The process went so smoothly and quickly and there were lots of earring options for them to select from. I would highly recommend. Thank you Lydia!

I took my 9yr old daughter here today to get her ears pierced. Teresa was terrific! Very welcoming and warm. Teresa was that quick and efficient with the piercing that my daughter didn't even realise when both ears were done :) They had a great selection of earrings to choose from. My daughter is super happy and has kept talking about how great Teresa was and how it didn't hurt! Highly recommend.

I got my 1 year old daughter's ears pierced from Puckle Street Pharmacy on 15th July 2023. Right from the appointment booking to getting her ears pierced, everything was smooth and easy. I got booking right on the day I called them. Also, the lady who pierced her ears did an excellent job. Even before my daughter realized what was going on, the piercing was done. She didn't cry at all and surprisingly, there was no bleeding! Post procedure also, there is no swelling, redness or other signs of infection. Highly recommended place to get baby ear piercing done :)

I went here today to get my daughters ears pierced.
Teresa was amazing, she made the whole process easy and there were no tears which is a bonus.
They had a great selection of earrings and my daughter couldn’t be happier.

I recently had my ears re pierced with Teresa after a previous poor experience many years ago. Teresa is obviously very experienced and professional and made sure that I understood precisely where she was applying the piercing - which should be the norm but isn’t! I highly recommend Teresa and am considering going back for another one! Covid safe and comfortable. A big tick from me.

Theresa did a great job piercing my daughter’s ears. We were very nervous after a previous bad experience, but Theresa was great. She is very experienced, calm, and most importantly precise with the earring gun!
