5 course degustation was excellent, although as usual I enjoyed the first 3 courses and dessert the most. The lamb was delicious, the richness and quantity after 3 courses already was a challenge! Service was great, food came out well paced, and we didn't feel pressured to leave (8pm seating).

What an tantalizing treat! Sezar exceeded our expectations. The Chef's Choice 4 Course meal was delicious and the portion sizes are so generous.

Our waitress was attentive and we were beyond satisfied with her service and knowledge.

Excellent food. The chicken was generous in size, tender, and full of flavour. The carrots were not just carrots - more than a side. Great flavours. The beef ribs fell apart nicely, and the flavours complemented it well. Worked well for a Valentines Day dinner. 🥰

A hidden gem at 6 Melbourne Place. Had organised this restaurant to catch up with friends. Have tried other places for middle eastern food, but this place has been my favourite restaurant so far. We absolutely loved the plating of every dish. Every bite of the food, was a delight. Cannot recommend this place enough to try some great middle eastern food. My favourite was their broccoli on skewers and basmati rice. Absolutely loved it!!

Each course at Sezar was a celebration of Armenian cuisine, reimagined with a modern twist. The menu took us on a delightful journey, but a few dishes stood out exceptionally. The Spanner Crab Mantini, enveloped in a luscious yoghurt and spiced butter sauce, was a revelation. Each bite was a perfect harmony of delicate crab and rich, aromatic flavors.

The main event was the slow-roasted lamb shoulder, a dish that truly showcased the chef's mastery. The lamb, tender and flavorful, fell effortlessly off the bone, complemented exquisitely by a cherry and garlic sauce that was both unique and heartwarmingly familiar.

Our culinary adventure culminated in a dessert that redefined indulgence - a Baclava Ice Cream Sandwich. This inventive take on the classic baclava was a perfect blend of crunch, sweetness, and creamy delight, leaving us utterly satisfied yet longing for more.

Met our friend for dinner. Had an upstairs table. The waiter was friendly, warming to you and explained all the food options really well. Ate homus dip and sweet crab for the entree followed by chips, sweet broccoli skewers, carrots and a beautifully cooked lamb for the main meal. The vegetables were sweet and tender and the meat just melted in your mouth.
Had a beer, water and wine with our meal.

First time tried Armanian food. For the menu we choose four course, that chef decided what to bring us. We just told them no seafood and the rest we left it up for the chef to bring us.
Each plate with unique outstanding flavor and we really enjoyed it.
Worth a try.

Two things about this great restaurant. You will not know it's there, unless you know it's there and you will not leave hungry. The delicious, buttery hommous was to die for! Served with some delicious bread. The lamb shoulder was, moist, sweet and wonderful. The accompanying red wine was smooth and robust. In fact all the food was delightful. The service was prompt and professional. It was very good value for money. I will definitely be back.

This restaurant is excellent. The food was fantastic, and the staff members were very professional. I have been to quite a few restaurants in Melbourne and I can easily say that Sezar is one of the best ones. We had lamb shoulder and some other sides in including some really good carrot dish. I fell in love with the jermuk soda and my friends loved the cocktails. I will definitely go back to try their crab manti. ❤

One of the best meals we’ve had for years. Every plate that came to the table left empty leaving us wanting more.
The best advice I could suggest is go with an empty stomach and slowly make your way through the menu.

Went with some friends to try Armenian food for the first time and was not disappointed. The flavours are phenomenal and the portions are generous. The wine was beyond our expectations, and the staff there were extremely knowledgeable on not only the wines flavours, but on the vineyards themselves.
Couldn’t fault the service, it was attentive and warm, we felt well looked after and had a great laugh with them as well. You have to come and try it out, there’s no better fine dining venue with a wholesome family touch.

This was our first experience at Sezar and we were pleased on all counts. The service was excellent, our server was kind enough to recommend a cocktail to my liking. We shared several plates between two, the beetroot salad, braised beef rib, triple cooked chips and honey glazed carrots. Everything was cooked to perfection. The 12 layer honey cake is also a must!

This is an amazing restaurant. Superb ambiance. Very romantic and and suitable for special occasions. Food was delicious. Service was really good as well.

We had the chefs choice for our birthday party of 6. Every dish was interesting and special and overall there was more than we could eat. But even then found room for the totally delicious dessert plate. Good wine choices. Service was excellent too. We enjoyed an excellent night. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing place!
I order 4 courses meal with wine. Every single dish was delicious. Even broccoli! End especially broccoli. My fav entre was Katafi wrapped lamb. And Bastourma and egg! The home made hummus was good, but I had to stop eating or I'd be full straight away. Everything else was incredible!

Everyone was so friendly and supportive. They suggested me food to try.The Armenian wine was very good. We tried cognac - you should try it as well!

Almost forgot- try the dessert! I've never had anything like this before. Yummy 😋

100% coming back next time I'm in Melbourne.

Upd. As I promised, I'm back! 2 course meal, takeaway. 🙂 Picked up hummus and katafi wrapped lamb for starters. Everything tasted incredible! Carrot! My fav dish is carrot. It taste better than meat, which taste fantastic. 💖💖💖💖💖
I forgot to mention...I was full and could eat potatoes but luckily I took some away. I don't know how it's done but it stays crispy for hours. It's delicious!

The best restaurant I have ever been to. I was visiting from Sydney and quickly visited during my lunch break. Was absolutely blown away by the service and food quality and taste today!!! Both Dom the waitress and the chef were super delightful, I could not thank them enough for an experience I will never forget. Felt like I was having a degustation. Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Food was phenomenal, thank you!!
