Ordered a gyoza ramen for a quick lunch and was given the wrong order. 5 star for customer service excellence as I went back to give my feedback and they acknowledged it and provided compensation to it. The sincere apology and knowing that a customer will likely come back with good customer experience is what I am giving the rating on.

Very helpful as it was first visit. Servings large so over ordered first time. Delicious. Staff helpful with doggy bag. Very good pricing too.

My regular lunch option = Oknomiyaki with lots of sauce with the Pan Fried Gyoza....yummm....
Add to that the most personable and friendly service you can get at a food-court :-)

The best option in Collins Place for speed to quality ratio.

Got the bento box 2 and it’s a solid option. It has a nice variety and is tasty.

Expect to spend ~$15-20 here.

O-Bento serves low cost Japanese food for lunch. Food is delicious, service is fast and staff are courteous. Although most of the food is fried and can't be recommended if you are looking for something healthy.

Had a chicken terriyaki bento box. was good and portions were ok. Terriyaki chicken was a bit oily.
