We visited this Auspost - pacific Epping for passport photo on a Saturday afternoon. We were assisted by Carmela. She was so professional, greeted us with a lovely smile and very polite. She helped us with everything required and also took good passport photos with proper light. It amazed us to experience and receive such amazing service from Carmela. 10/10 *** stars to Carmela for her exceptional service. Highly recommended Carmela from Auspost - Epping.

Bit of a queue, but it was around 1pm so not unexpected. The lady who helped me was really friendly and processed my return quickly. She was even able to scan my digital return label and print out a physical one for me.

Surprised to see so many negative reviews, although most seen to be people who didn't make appointments for passports/documentation and just showed up.

I found them quite efficient and helpful, and saw them going out of their way to help a number of other people with odd requests or questions.

Its been absolutely amazing experience I have had recently. The lady went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with my parcel. Also on a prior occasion I have had passport photo taken for my 3 month old baby. Which was perfect. All it takes is a smile and a good will gesture.

I use this place a lot for sending parcels. It is often busy and the lines are long. It is a very popular place for Passports , Working with Children Checks , etc which is a very time consuming task. It has to be done meticulously and carefully but many people grumble and moan about this. Considering the workload and strain they are under the (mostly female) staff are highly efficient , tolerant and courteous.

Great customer service from Donna and the team. She didn't press me even if it got busy. She made sure everything was correctly done!!!!

Went there for passport photo, quick, good , professional service and friendly staff. Get it done within 5 mins. Highly recommended

This is a busy post office, overall service is very good. We were served for a passport application without appointment. Great Staff

Very good post office with nice and friendly staff, most of the staff members are very good and very helpful, only problem is in peak time it becomes very busy and you can see long queue, they need bigger space with more staff, because in covid time self serve machines also not usable.

The ladies that have handled my western union transfers are very helpful. Considering the long queue at times, customer service is A+

Even though the lines get busy the women here are extremely helpful and want to help you out, people are just being intolerant and impatient and dont give these women enough credit for what they do, when it comes to passports these girls are amazing, the things I've seen at this office are disgraceful and its from customers more than anything eho dont have "time to go to the post office and wait patiently
