KFC Warrnambool City

What a surprise, the food was hot and the chips weren't sterilised with salt. Best KFC I have been to for quite a while.

Pretty good tucker - nearly always get orders right even though they can be under a lot of pressure at times - Chicken tender, and chips 🍟 are always spot on - unlike COLAC KFC who’s chicken is ALWAYS TOUGH and their chips have like a TON of salt on them… literally burns your tongue off..

Quite a clean store.

Good place to eat in or take away in Warnambool (especially if staying in nearby motels etc). Our online dinner order was prepared for take out quickly without any wait, served by very nice staff. The food was hot & tasty. There are also clean wash rooms available inside. But the only negative side was -- the very congested tight parking, with only a handful of spaces available. It also happens to be on the corner of a busy intersection. As such, while you try to park/or leave, there's traffic congestion all around (trying to either enter the drive through, or enter/leave the car park itself). But if you don't mind this drama, the lunch/dinner etc may be quite pleasing to your palate, to leave you smiling like the Colonel. 😆

The food was good the chips were hot and the right amount of salt on them best we have had for a long time

Awesome KFC. Food came out piping hot, and was all super fresh. The gravy was really flavourful and when I asked for extra sauce on my burger, they certainly delivered.

Great lads amazing service

I lived several weeks on that KFC branch and i have to say this is a very good branch. But as all KFC and fast food franchise now they are very stingy ... if you didn't ask for ketchup they won't give ... same goes with the tissues .. plastic fork ... which when in a drive through you won't discover till you'v3 reached home. So you make sure you got all what you need before leaving that window

I accidentally left my hand bag in bathroom there....
Manageress found it and when I got it back all money still in there....

Great service, parking and drive-thru. Managers are cool with public queries and nice staff.Can get busy as is popular at meal times.

It’s just a normal kfc experience but can get really busy. It’s a good idea to order through app and pickup in Store

On a busy Friday night at 7pm they should have two check out people in stead of one and one girl getting drinks out of the fridge as t the door opening and closing was bloody cold as the wait was a bit longer

Had a zinger box. Tasty food. Food preparation was quick.
