McDonald's is all about being their for you all the time. Convenience at best. Reasonable price. If you work at Macca's you can handle any job ⚕ staff are top notch

One of my favourite to go to as they are consistent with the fries portion, drinks level .. n speed to getting my orders sorted. Easy parking as they have plenty!

yeah so an employee at the waverley road and blackburn road intersection mcdonalds named joey zhao with some kinda aquatic aura threatened to burn my sperm and feed it to a dragon. am i cooked?

This is the best Macca's in Melbourne. Fast, food is always correct and well made, the staff are always friendly and respectful. The Glen Waverley and Mulgrave staff could learn a lot here. Well done team. See you Monday morning!

One of the better McDonald's I've been to in a long time.Food was fresh and tasty, but the best thing was the friendly service. Adam is a champ. 🙂

Had the longest line of vehicles yet managed go through all that and receive my food in like 4 mins. Outstanding and wrapped neatly as well.

Manager at around 10pm on 14/8/23 handled aggressive customer excellently well. I am very impressed with the quick to action attitude of the manager and all other staff on. Definitely well worth of praise and recognition. Very impressed.

So refreshing to have a Macca's drink filled to the size of the cup.

But I would like to not keep getting told the soft serve machine is being cleaned between 12am-8am when I try and order a shake.

Very busy store, as most MacDonald's are. One of the smaller stores, so it can be difficult sometimes to find a seat if you want to eat inside. Toilets were reasonably clean when I visited, although not spotless, and everything was working, soap, paper etc was available. Even though busy on a weekday lunch, we were served suprisingly quickly with a smile and had our 2 meals provided within 2 minutes. Fresh and hot, meals were all correctly supplied with nothing missing as well as a great cappuccino from the Cafe.

Staff kept laughing at us for continually only buying deserts, it was a humbling experience. Would do again.

5 stars for every staff that tried and failed to explain what goes on around 2-5am, and how I got burned, coincidentally.

5 stores I attempted to buy from as I drove home. Burwood, Holmesglen, Chadstone, Mulgrave, & Mt Waverley.
All 5 were closed. Had to go home to wait it out for Mt Waverley
It's miserable af outside too. Don't forget hungry, wish I wasn't hungry, too!

Tonight alone, I've sacrificed at least an hour of my time, a full jerry of petrol, so much mental anguish, and I bet no one cares.

Really nice blueberry banana bread, matched with an excellent made coffee. Very clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Living less than 1 K from our home in Glen Waverley, is the first McDonald’s to ever have opened doors in Melbourne Australia. It’s been remodeled a few times, and has undergone a makeover ?see photos for an idea of its current contemporary incarnation ...

Admittedly this visit we had to try the $0 hamburger hack (via the kiosk ordering system). Looks to have been resolved; (Google it for those who are curious).

After a long evening of errands, preceded by a long day of work; cooking was the last thing on our mind for dinner.

We ordered the Family Feast (4 burgers, nuggets, family fries and an assortment of drinks.. spiders and shakes) to kick start our meal for 4 hungry mates. All totaled; with the additional Quarter Pounders; McChooks and Happy Meals (no judgment please); we were (again) pleasantly surprised that all special orders were correctly fulfilled; to include the request for extra extra mustard on the Burgers.

McDonalds has a system; and when it works right; it’s a well oiled fast food machine.

Mount Waverley gets it done right !

The resurgent is not very big but they have superb staffs with outsdtanding customer service.

I went to there for a coffee when my kids were playing in the play area one day. I put a hot coffee on the table when my mobile ringtone started ring. My mum accidentally spilled out the whole hot coffee of mine. I was messy around table and floor where we seated. I asked for help from one of their staff who named Logan. He cleaned everything for it and calmly smiled to us. Also he offered my a free coffee afterward.

They treat customer with a very professional way. Fantastic.
