Good-sized store well-stocked on products as I would expect to find at other branches. Lots of change rooms available.

Seems like it would kill the girls in there to crack a smile, ask how you’re going and if you need any help! Even when going up to the counter to make your purchase you feel like an inconvenience in their presence. Thought about describing and naming the girls on this particular day but I won’t..

If I could give a zero I would. I came into the store to return an item today at 5.25pm. I waited at the counter while the shop assistant was helping another customer in the change room. By the time she got to me it was 5.30pm and she told me to come back tomorrow because they’re closed. I told her I had been waiting while she was in the change room helping the customer, and that I arrived within opening hours. She replied saying she had only just left the counter a minute ago, insinuating that I was lying about being there earlier…
Disgusting customer service, please train your staff to serve customers with courtesy and respect.
