I would like to share my sincerest appreciation for a new doctor at this clinic - Dr Artha Srithar - we normally see Dr Peter Lackner who is absolutely amazing, but he was not available to see our little girl, so we made an appointment with Dr Srithar. Dr Srithar was very thorough to our little girls needs and has booked a follow up phone call to ensure the medication he prescribed has had the intended effect. Well done Dr Srithar and thank you Valewood Clinic for always ensuring your doctors are of the highest standard. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for any medical needs.

My first visit was due to a work injury. Quite far from my place. The doctor I met was Dr. Rita, she is an amazing person, lovely but very strict too. Valewood Staff is also good, even though there is someone who is not helpful when I need something urgent. I rather not mention the name.
However, I still gonna give full stars to this clinic's reviews.

Great service and staff have a friendly smile. Doctors here are on the ball and explain what is going on and have a plan.

I have been a patient of Valewood since 1987 and I have always found the care given there is superb. The front desk staff are great, I have wonderful doctor, and it's great having the Treatment Room down the back for minor procedures and the nurses there are wonderful. Also, having a branch of Melbourne Pathology onsite makes getting blood tests so much easier. I live in Dandenong and could attend another clinic almost next door to where I live, but I still much prefer to stick with Valewood.

My wife and I have been supported by Valewood Clinic for many years. We completely trust them to manage our health and my wife credit's Dr Bansal's thoroughness with detecting her cancer early enough that she avoided more complex treatment and has fully recovered. A practice with caring doctors, professional staff who are always willing to help when it is needed. Carol and David Randall.

New to Valewood clinic. Taken my kids for quick urgent appointments to see Dr. Arthavan Srithar who's been very kind with excellent bed side manner with kids. The gentleman at the front desk that I spoke to over the phone was very friendly, approachable and kind which in my experience is very rare in the medical practices. Kids are bulk billed during the weekdays which is quite good too.

Had the booster shots for me and my wife at Valewood Clinic on 22/3/22. Reception staff were courteous and the Doctor administered the shots made us comfortable. The good thing about the clinic is that it has a huge car parking space!

I have always received great and attention to detail service and care at Valewood. I would not go any where else. Full marks to the Receptionists who are always very busy but are still very polite. The Nurses in the Treatment Areas are Angels and put you at ease, not forgetting Dr. Song, very caring with her advice and time. Thank you all at Valewood Clinic.

First time in valewood clinic, I wish I discovered them earlier, the reception staffs are very friendly and patience. I was late for my children appointment but I was treated very nicely. I truly appreciate your great customer service. Ps don't ever change. thank you

Was very relieved to get an urgent appointment for my husband with an ear infection. I had tried other clinics and had no luck for days. The staff were trying hard even though it's obvious due to shortages they are learning on the job.

A lovely clinic with doctors that run on time and are great with kids - thank you Dr Felix Wilk! Fantastic and friendly reception staff, Melbourne Pathology on site with great staff too. This clinic gets my two thumbs up!

Being a patient of Valewood clinic since it's inception, I find it to be friendly, very efficient and in the current climate, very adept to Covid-19 precautions. Lots of new staff that I'm sure will be as good as all the other members that have looked after me over the years.

My family and I have been coming here for more than 20 years! Our doctor, Dr Felix Wilk, is amazing. He has steered us through some challenging moments with grace and surety. When we haven't been able to get an appointment with him, we've seen other doctors at Valewood, and never been disappointed.
I do have to agree with another reviewer though. The reception staff remind me of the Soup Nazi. Just say what you need and move to the left.

Process to get my 2nd Pfizer vaccine was very straightforward and well organised. I booked as a new patient via hotdoc for 3 weeks after my first which was done at a state clinic. Once booked I completed the new patient form via hotdoc, arrived at the clinic and called the desk to sign in. I was asked to come and sign a the consent form and wait in a designated waiting area. It took only about 5-10 minutes to be seen. The doctor was very friendly and jab was painless. I was asked to wait in a separate waiting area for 15 minutes in case of any reaction.

Front desk staff were lovely as well, and I could see they had a lovely relationship with their regular clients that came in whilst I was there.

I would also like to add that you are not required to pay for the appointment for a covid vaccination. I was unsure as the website mentioned they only bulk bill under 16 year olds. Can confirm it was free :)

All the team at Valewood clinic are great. Have found confidence seeing a few different doctors for myself and my kids. Helpful doctors that give you a follow up call to check in on your health. Reception, nurses and pathology are all friendly. Children are bulk billed - would much rather take them to the same doctors here than go to a bulk billing clinic and wait hours.

We have been attending this local clinic since moving into the area and have been well looked after. As with any practice with multiple doctors, some click better with certain patients than others, and we have our preferred GP's. Very handy to have bulk billing of children since they get sick so often.

My GP makes me comfortable, shows concern and answers my questions. Receptionists are friendly, wait times are reasonable and certainly shorter than wait times previously experienced at other clinics. Well done everyone.

I went there for a booster shot. They were on time and very quick. At any GP I always expect to wait 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment but they were right on time. Same goes for vaccination centres.
