I recently purchased cupcakes from Golden Barkery for my dog's birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up with the collection date from the post office, my pup missed out on their special treats. When I reached out to Golden Barkery, they were incredibly understanding and gracious, even though the mistake was entirely mine. Despite my error, they went above and beyond to ensure my dog still got to enjoy their birthday celebration by sending me a new batch of cupcakes. Their kindness and generosity truly exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for their exceptional customer service. Thank you, Golden Barkery, for making my dog's birthday extra special!

An absolute 5-star! The Golden Barkery delivered the goodies on time for our pug's 1st birthday despite being located in a different state. Our little babies obviously had a blast with these dog-tastic treats! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They're amazing and so helpful, got a cake for my dog and someone who was meant to pick it up didn't get it. They were super accommodating and were able to let me grab it on their day off. The cake looked perfect! All the pups loved it!

Absolutely blown away by the quality and service given by GOLDEN BARKery! The cake was amazing, so much attention to detail and the pup woofed it down in no time so she approved. I ordered on short notice and they managed to get it to me the day before her birthday so perfect timing. I highly recommend!

I purchased 2 cupcakes and the personalised dog bone, speedy delivery and well made. They smelt so good and must have been delicious because my pup ate both cupcakes very quickly. Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again 💕

Today was our 2nd time ordering from golden BARKery and the customer service was just outstanding ⭐ I had completely forgotten to organise something for our Labrador’s birthday and so, late last night I thought I’d try my luck at ordering a cake whilst stating a pick up date within 24hrs 🥴 …and, these guys just absolutely smashed it! 🙌🏻 Thank you golden BARKery for helping this dog mama avoid feeling guilty 😮‍💨 P.S - the cake was a winner 👌🏻 Not even a crumb left from the slice our pup demolished tonight 🤤

Cake was beautifully done. High quality, smelt divine & the dogs loved it. Customer Service was great, too. Would definitely order again.

Have come here several times to get birthday pup cakes for the puppers and they love them! It's not super expensive ($30 for 4 pupcakes with custom text) and it's easy to order click and collect. They do deliver but I haven't tried it.
We also tried some of the cat treats which didn't seem to be a favourite but still were enjoyed.
Highly recommend for dog cakes and biscuits.

The cutest cake ever! I had to ring them a few times due to changing the pick up method and they were so accomodating. Amazing service and amazing product, i could not be happier.

I’ve ordered a birthday cake (and Christmas cookies) for my pup for three years now and every year the service and quality has been amazing.

This year, I went to pick up a day early accidentally and instead of having to drive an hour plus each way the following day, the staff managed to do a quick cake for me then and there for a short wait.

Can’t sing my praises enough for the wonderful people at the Golden Barkery!
