My mum and I shopped at Pandora Westfield Plenty Valley earlier tonight as we were looking for a gift for someone and we received the absolute best service from Megan. She was so lovely, her service was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make our visit to Pandora a memorable one, and that she did. It's really rare to find amazing service and friendly staff, Megan is the friendliest sales assistant we have come across in such a long time, we will definitely be returning to this store in particular when we shop at Pandora or when searching for a gift in the future. Today my son and I went into Pandora Plenty Valley to purchase some Christmas gifts. The lovely sales assistants Joanne and Emily helped both my son and I with our selections. Very good product Knowledge and personal skills.

Staff are friendly, kind, honest, hard workers, kind and patient. The staff gave me true and useful advices. It was only me and another lady so we didn’t have to wait long, but on different times it can get really crowded. The shop was a bit squishy though, but I still like it. Thanks to all the staff especially Marise. I loved my visit sure will be coming back.
