Plenty Valley Bevilles staff member Nella Mirabella is an amazing customer service staff member! Always professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nella goes above and beyond for her clients, and I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done to help serve and assist myself and family over the years. I truly do hope Bevilles company management relies how fortunate they are to have such brilliant staff member. Nella should be a role model for all younger and new staff to learn from. Amazing lady.

Recently I purchased Tommy Hilgifer mens watch from Bevilles Plent Valley (South Morang), the sales person Jo Ki provided very good customer service. In addition this, she also gave me very good discount compared to other stores. Thank you Jo

I had taken my engagement ring in to be resized and all new and sparkly before our engagement party.
It was getting closer to the date and I was getting a little stressed that it wouldn’t be ready in time. After calling a few days in a row and it not back at the store yet the lovely store manager (I already forgot his name but it started with T) went out of his way to drive to the city to collect it for me in time for our special day. Nella was also very understanding and patient with me during phone calls.
The customer service I received was beyond amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Awesome staff! I had a few jewelries that I wanted to check first prior to purchasing, and she was very patient in showing me all. She knows customer service very well in as much as she knows gold and diamonds! Appreciate the gesture

Came in tonight just to browse and see what was available. Was greeted before I even stepped foot into the store with a warm smile by Anna. She quickly came to assist me and was so friendly and lovely! Her colleague who was just as lovely and wonderful with great advice. A+++ customer service by the duo. Purchased a lovely pair of earrings and a watch! Couldn't be happier 😊 keep up the great work!

Went to plenty valley to look for a special present. First stop was Bevilles and spoke with the Manager Josie. She was informative, helpful and really knew her product. Thought it best to look around first before I bought. Not one other jewellery place in the centre compared to price or staff. No body else took to the time to explain from colour, clarity and even price comparison.

Josie you are asset to your company and if anyone reads this don’t bother going anywhere else! Go to Bevilles and ask for Josie! She will save you time, money and put a smile on your dial 😀👍

Went in today to look at some gold stud earrings. Jarrod served me straight away and showed me a couple of options. He wasn't pushy but very helpful and friendly. I went away to think about the purchase and returned in 5 minutes as it was his service that got me back. He is an excellent asset to the company and a breath of fresh air.

The other day I went into the store and I was greeted by a lovely girl named Charlotte. I had a very tough time when it came to deciding what on earth I wanted & it was a fair while until we settled on something. Along with Charlotte... Jomana, Chanel & Marta who were happy to help us also, eventually we stumbled onto the watch was meant for me.
Needless to say, I’ve had a great experience here and would happily shop again.

Raff and Nella go above and beyond to give the best customer service! They both went out of their way to help fix the mystery of the rattling diamond in my new engagement ring and wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied.

The staff at this store make you feel special each time you enter in. They actually do care about finding jewelry you love and give you all the time you need to make your choice while just having fun conversation with you. My 9k gold necklace i bought from here three years ago still shines and I wear it everyday

Will absolutely not go to another Bevilles store in the north besides this one plenty valley have the most amazing friendly staff always go above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift love walking into a store where it’s not just one staff member always attentive and friendly but all of them and greet you with a wonderful smile and great friendly faces thanks again love my Disney purchases

I brought a beautiful ring today the staff at bevilles were great especially josie was so lovely that went above and beyond, she helped me pick out a gorgeous wedding ring there customer service is amazing and they've helped me with wanted to buy at bevilles have lovely jewellery and there staff look after there customers I always have good experience when I buy and there prices are great I will shopping here again
