When selling our property we engaged Tickbox to complete the conveyancing work. For the most part I thought conveyancing would be pretty procedural -- checking documents, filling out templates, and perhaps not too much difference between conveyances.I was incorrect. As a the saying goes, it's not until something goes wrong do you really get a true test of something. When issues arose, and a there were a lot of issues, Sylvia was onto everything. When decisions had to be made, she was able to present the relevant facts to me in a clear way so I was able to understand and make informed decisions on how to proceed. The situation evolved to be quite complicated, completely due to the other party. Ultimately I ended up with a favorable outcome from what was a bad situation. I attribute this to the hard work of Sylvia and the Tickbox team. I was lucky to have Sylvia and the Tickbox team on side and I highly recommend them.
