The lady working at around 4:20 on 4/01/2024 (wish I got your name!), was so incredibly helpful and determined to get the book I was after! Honestly I was blown away by her incredible customer service if I could personally give her a raise I would!

Great service from the friendly and helpful staff. Rang up to check they had a new release in stock which is sold out at most places and the man checked the shelf and put the book on hold for me without even being asked. Will definitely be back in the future.

This place is wonderful. I love the staff and their recommendations are on point! The shelves are always neat and tidy which makes browsing easy and pleasurable.
I love that they don't bombard you the second that you walk in like some other places. They let you browse but are always there to offer a helping hand!
