Advantage Medical - Mount Eliza

Been seeing Dr Chen since she started at this clinic and now my kids also see her for their medical care. I found this clinic always clean and professional (except one time where an older lady on the phone was quiet rude to me, but I haven't come across her in a while). Really like this clinic, probably more attached to Dr Chen and the nurses. Thank you so much.

It was my first visit to Advantage Medical and what a pleasant surprise. The staff were very helpful and my consult with the doctor was only a couple of minutes late. Dr was very thorough and explained things well. All round positive experience.

I’m blown away by the excellent medical care I get & if there were more than 5 stars for a review, I’d choose as many as possible! The reception team is brilliant - friendly, no-nonsense & kind. And my doctor is BRILLIANT. I reckon I’ve got enough experience of the great then good then okay then so bad that the clinician should be barred from practising coz I’ve had so many health challenges, including two advanced cancer treatments + a heap of other surgeries, hospitals & an army of doctors. So I feel pretty confident in assuring you that the care & intelligent, non-patronising, compassionate care I’ve received can’t be faulted. And… a major bonus… the clinic BULK-Bills. This means that if you’re juggling other medical costs (e.g. medications, scans, specialists, hospitals etc), the fact that you’re key navigator - aka your GP - doesn’t cost a cent is a massive financial savings. So I’m going to break with tradition & give Mt Eliza Advantage Medical a gazillion stars ⭐

Both my wife & I have attended this clinic for many years & have never been disappointed with the quality of care provided by all the doctors. They take a personal interest in us & have been very professional & knowledgeable with any health issues.

The reception staff and all the doctors we have seen to date are professional and take time to explain things. The appointment to follow up on my husband’s blood test was excellent! My husband was notified by the practice that he may be at risk of osteoporosis. He was given as Drs referral for a bone density scan at the clinic next month! Our past GP’s of 30 years never spoke to him about this test!

Dr Chan was so lovely and caring and really listened to my needs. It’s something that is rare in doctors lately if I’m honest so I left feeling much better on every level.

I would highly recommend advantage medical, as my experience has been only of the utmost excellence. Dr. Millington and Dr. Chan, take exceptional care, backed up with their medical expertise.

Advantage medical Clinic Mt eliza has some of the best Doctors in the area. Dr Chen is our family doctor and she great at her field. We moved location however we still visit her.

Dr Kiri was so professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend him. The practice was clean, friendly and professional too.

Great clinic, nice and clean. Parking can get difficult because it is a busy clinic at times. I like to see a female Dr and am fortunate to have Dr Bidisha Kalita who is a wonderful Doctor. Very caring, thorough and manner that is comforting to discuss any concern too.

Very good service from front of house and MD's. One of the few really good bulk billing practices.

I saw Dr Kirk today having been able to make the appointment yesterday :) He listened to what I needed to tell him and I’m happy with what he recommended.

I received great news today, Advantage Medical can now send Blood Test (Pathology) & other health related results (MRI etc) as an attachment to your email address. These results are password protected, Ian # Fit but Not Dangerous !!!

Dr.Kumar is an excellent clinician with a great manner and the practice is run very efficiently.
