Ritchies IGA Mt Eliza

This is my go-to supermarket. No complaints. Quick and fast to pick up an item (say an iced coffee) and go to the self-serve checkouts and pay and leave. Not crowded at all.
There's parking outside and also free underground parking (entrance is at Canadian bay road)

Excellent selection of food, very friendly staff. Can be pricey but specials are great value!

This may be the best IGA I have been to. Lots of vegan options, lots of fresh bread options - even organic sourdough of various different grains - including gluten free! A large ice cream selection.

Cannot seem to fault it! It's about the size of a Woolworths Metro so don't expect to do your big monthly shop here but you'll certainly be able to get most items and pick up something interesting for dinner

Always one of my favroite Ritchies shops. I find the team are always happy to help you. They have a good range of fresh fruit and vegetables and meats as well as grocery items. Love their bakery section as well as their Sushi station. Good prices and lovely atmosphere.

Just wanted to say well done on managing through this last period and congrats on meeting the challenge head on. Your shelves remained full, your team remained upbeat and you showed the big boys how supermarkets should be run!! Paul, you should be very proud of your team and your business and as a local you have won a loyal customer for life. Here's to smoother waters for you all in the coming months ahead.

We always find it delightful to go there. Such a diverse selection of groceries and we can even get a lunch to sit in the mall. Love it!
And still a fine array of eatables and liquor.

Loads Aussie made products to choose from. Friendly helpful staff. Good specials. Prices can be higher but I just enjoy all the different types of produce and kitchen supplies, the usual pet supplies...go check it out yourself!

Sushi bar is fantastic, as is the bakery. The store is well kept and very helpful staff.

I think this is the best supermarket around. The deli section has hot take away food which is very tasty (including puzzas). They also have a lot of special items not normally around if you want to treat yourself. Just has so much to offer. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Honestly one of the best supermarkets I've visited, excellent range of cheeses, ready to go desserts and fresh sushi.
As well as the usual food items you would expect. Friendly and quick service, worth a visit to even if you're not after anything!

The Phone man in the Ritchie's complex is an absolute gem, always helps my Dad & I out. Great service great location, great little bunch of shop's,& Ritchie's looks fabulous.

The bakery and sushi center is lovely.

So I was after a specific product which for various reasons my local iga in dromana never has stock of. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady in bakery who said she would put them aside for me.. When I got to the store with my 4 year old the power was off but customers were still being served. I immediately thought I had wasted a trip and the items may have been moved to a portable fridge like a lot of the other perishable items had been. I found a lady called Amy who was extremely polite and friendly. She said she would go and find the items for me. My son decided he wanted to go for a walk around the store. A few minutes later I saw Amy with my items. She mentioned that she had broken her shoe whilst trying to find us in the store. I hope the owners of the store will reimburse her a new pair otherwise I will be happy to come back and contribute to a new pair for her. Everyone knows it’s hard to find good staff but wow Amy you are a star and a very valuable member of the staff at this Iga. 👏👏👏👏

By far my favourite supermarket, as someone who constantly forgets to bring a bag I would love it if they got paper bags at the checkout
