I had a lovely experience in Greensboro. They still have a lot of stock. I love my doorknob, I will return for more hopefully.

Perhaps the people that wanted to return items missed the signs saying closing down sale, in other words final sale.

Love your store and products but plenty valley Ishka should really consider who they employ. For the most part I would say the customer service is beyond good and nearly all the workers are friendly and well-coming. Being a frequent customer I have a good understanding of the way you communicate with other workers and customers. On numerous occasions one of your older employers didn't get her name properly but was basically bullying one of the young workers badly.
I even saw this young girl leave the store crying after her shift. I believe she no longer works there as I haven't seen her since but clearly there needs to be re-training of senior staff if they are treating their employees like this. As much as I love all the other workers I still see this particular person working which has discouraged me from going to your particular store.

Spent $80 at the Greensborough store on clothing. Came to this one to return an item the next day and was told “they cannot offer a cash refund, only exchange or a credit note”. I informed them that if I was told when I was making the purchase that I could not return the items that I would’ve tried it on then and there . Their excuse back to that was it is printed on the bottom of the receipt and they cannot tell every customer that there are no returns. 1; if it’s printed on the receipt, that would mean I’ve already purchased it and cannot return it so that information would be useless to me. 2: it is part of your job to inform customers that there are no returns and if you can’t do that there should be posters prior to purchase claiming so. I have been a regular customer to Ishka and I can assure you I will NEVER purchase anything from her again. Most ridiculous policy, and how it’s legal for them to do that is beyond me.

I made an order online, recieved it missing items, after few days get refund for these items and they made me paid the delivery fees after it was free and i accept that but after one day I went to Plenty Valy store to return another item and ishka customer service said we don't do refund for online shoping items, you can get credit to buy another thing, and when i asked to see this policies they asked me to leave the store.
Never go back to buy anything from there.
