These guys are simply amazing, wonderful to deal with, measured up in the morning, delivered our custom built mattress in the afternoon. I had the best night's sleep ever last night. I highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs a good night's sleep and a locally made, customized, mattress that ticks every box. 5 star service and quality! Thank you!!!!

Bought a new mattress for our caravan, we received excellent service, they had a great range to choose from, came straight down to the caravan park, measured , quoted and returned in the afternoon with the new one , highly recommend

Awesome customer service! Saw their television ad for custom caravan mattresses and headed down from Ballarat for a new mattress for the EcoTourer. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, came out to the caravan park and measured up and offered helpful advice on our options. Showed us around the shop and let us take as long as we needed to pick the right mattress for me (half of!) and the other half of the mattress for...the other half. Even got a tour of their workshop. Mattress was delivered on time 24hrs later - MUCH better than the previous mattress. Outstanding customer service and when we need another mattress, we'll be happy to go for a long drive! Best retail experience we've had in years.

Two non-standard mattresses made to order within 24 hours of our visit to the Slumberworld showroom. Within that time they also came out to where we were staying to double check a possible concern that I rang to discuss with them. Very happy to support a regional small business that caters to a niche caravan and motorhome market as well as mainstream bedding. Outstanding service, a pleasure to deal with everyone.

Went to choose a mattress with mum today and slumberworld are only ones that stock the double pillow top ones. Last one we got here too ( but won’t admit to how long she has had it ) ( still a perfect mattress really)
but relented that yes it was time to get new one. Anyhow young boy ( man ) served us who was perfectly spoken and so well dressed and was very informative on each & all mattresses . He listened to what mum needed and what she was looking for and not pushing to get the biggest and best one AND dearest just for the sale SO by doing this and giving mum the chance to lay and move and feel what each mattress was like she purchased one AND the one SHE wanted with all the correct information he provided. Thank you , your sales professionalism will see me back to purchase same after Christmas.

Highly recommend buying your beds and mattresses from this locally family owned business. Great prices, great quality, and they end the whole experience by delivering free of charge including set up and to top it off they remove the excess packaging. Wow. Can't get that anywhere else. Totally blown away.

Very happy knowledgeable staff who can cater for their customers specific requirements. I personally prefer to buy a bed from here rather than from a big retailer as they have always guided & made mattresses to suit my needs. Highly recommend them.

OMG...for ten years we have been travelling Oz in our van sleeping on a terrible mattress...Monday I saw their sign on popped in...within seconds I knew we had found our next mattress and on Tuesday afternoon it was made and delivered...last night was FANTASTIC...the best sleep ever...dont sleep on rubbish get along to slumberworld and they will solve any mattress problem you have...thanks so much guys...so do yourself a favour
