Best coffee, drinks and chocolates are cheaper than others service ⛽. Need public 🚽.

Petrol pump and a Coles mini market nearby.

Use this place often, staff are lovely, not much space in first petrol lane, otherwise easy, convenient and friendly :)

Quick but could do with a makeover looking abit rundown

Can have more 95 fuel. The shop is bigger and better equipped than most othr pumps in the area.

overpriced fuel,very conjusted,driveway entrance and exit full of pothole.needs a makeover.

There is barely space to get your car into it.

Dropped into this store this afternoon , needed cash out of $60 , was told $50 was the limit .
So did the "buy an item" to get cash out ..purchased 2 items first being $5 lollies took $50 out then a smaller item for an extra $10
Console operator was very disgruntled. I've worked in service station customer service and this particular worker may need basic skills updated.
Pretty disappointed .

Mernda Shell needs replacing!
It's a very old and small shop, it's the same size as it was when Mernda was a small country town with population of under 100.
It's not 24/7.
The place floods when it rains.
Not enough pumps when fuel is cheap. The driveway entrance is gravel and full of pot holes.
MERNDA NEEDS A NEW SHELL with attached Hungry Jacks restaurant!!!!

1 star for overpriced fuel, fuel dockets are consistently useless. Avoid buying fuel from Coles now as you can purchase elsewhere without a docket for less.

Very different customer service worst customer service i ever had at Coles express in Australia... very rude (Ismael )customer assist does not name badge on.... please Coles express operations team follow the customer service practices big shame which I had today!!!!
