I joined this gym Nov 20, and never looked back. The atmosphere at MINT PT Studio, is so encouraging and motivating. The staff are always happy to see you, very humble and always ready to help. I have had life changing results in fitness, mental health and nutrition. I have never felt "not good enough" or "intimidated" by the performance of other members, quite the opposite as a result of the culture from management. A gym definitely worth joining.

They provide excellent support, education and encouragement in all aspects including PT, nutrition, classes and overall well-being. The classes and PT sessions are at flexible hours during the day and the trainers always make the sessions fun!! MINT PT STUDIO is a fantastic place to exercise!

I found MINT when looking online for a trainer that is baby friendly! I started doing pt sessions with Joel at 6 week post parfumerie and have found my confidence in the gym has returned! Pregnancy and postpartum is a crazy cocktail of hormones and Joel really knows his stuff when it comes to restoring strength and energy, whilst minimising risk of injury or adrenal fatigue!
The gym just has a really good vibe to it! Me and bubs love it and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Warrnambool!

MINT PT Studio and Gym offers everything you could possibly want in a gym. With options of PT, gym and group classes, it's so friendly, inclusive, motivating and convenient - you can go anytime of the day and even have a child-friendly option! Not to mention, they specialise in post-partum programs. It has been a game changer for me this year!

From someone who use to hate the gym, this gym is amazing. Everyone is so amazing and helpful. The classes are so much fun and an amazing way to begin going to the gym. Would recommend to everyone
