I've purchased a couple of large orders from FF in Warrnambool and every time the customer service was excellent. Every person I spoke to were helpful, gave honest advice and worked with me to choose the best option for my budget and need. They happily arranged delivery, were helpful with returns and quick to email invoices/receipt info.

Just wanted to thank all the staff at Fantastic Furniture Warrnambool with all their help they had given me with deciding what couch to buy over the last couple of weeks.
