After our washing machine broke I did a litle reseach found some machines I thought would be suitable and popped into the store. Belinda approached and asked if I needed any help. Pls show me this, this & this & tell me your thoughts along with pros & cons on each - I had been thinking of the 8kg F&P & then I also wanted the matching 8kg heatpump dryer but they didnt match & I wanted matchy matchy :-) & right there was my issue... I looked at a couple of others on my list back & forth I went but nothing was jumping. Then after a little magic from Belinda I got my F&P matchy matchy. I took the washer there & then (ended up with the 10kg got same price as 8kg) & Im paying my dryer off over 3 mths. After all the research I did before going in & the price I actually got it was a bloody good deal becasue the dryer was on special as well & now I can wash my doona too lol... The key is know your products & know your prices.... PS I love love the washer - its sooooo quiet (not yet picked up the dryer)

Always great service and a bargain to be had at the good guys. Did a lot of comparison shopping for kitchen blenders as a gift for someone who cooks a lot and hers finally blew up. Best range and prices kept on being at the good guys! Ended up with a beauty of a kenwood with 1000watt motor and 3 litre capacity bowl so should meet all her needs and then some. Bonus that it comes with a 5 yr warranty and at $170.00 it was a great buy. Definitely recommend the crew at Warrnambool shop too.

I was in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. The Good Guys were such a big help!! Called them to check if they had the one I wanted in stock and Peter put the last one away for me until I could come get it the next day. He also accommodated for a decent discount. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be a return customer! THANK YOU!

I research most purchases online before deciding to buy & I'll often purchase online too but when I'm buying electrical, I always seem to end up in store & purchasing there. They carry a good range & have competitive pricing, especially during sales events. The service is great. I like the little things like them wheeling your purchase out to the car if it's a awkward or heavy item. They know their product & offer great advice but they will also leave you to stroll around if you just want to check things out.... and like most places these days, they are quite happy to price match if you show them you can purchase cheaper elsewhere.
These really are the good guys..... (& girls).

With my phone dieing on Friday night. A call to the shop got of talking with Sam, she was lovely and very helpful with discussing new phone options.

I cannot believe the great service I was provided during lockdown..within the hour I spoke to the sales rep who helped me through purchase of a new microwave (my old one chose to die conveniently right on lockdown!). Over the phone we worked out measurements, colour, functionality..Then as soon as payment was made, I received notification via text within 10 mins to say my click & collect was ready for collection. My microwave fits perfectly in shelf & now sits complimenting my pristine white kitchen. Thanks, great team!!
