My son had a mattress and a quilt cover purchased for him through an organisation & they were an absolute delight to deal with. They were comforting, supportive and so quick with their service. Even the organisation who paid for it were amazed at how fast they had invoices emailed & how professional they’ve been!

Purchased a new mattress, base and bedhead from this store. Salesperson Margaret was brilliant, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, this customer service was above and beyond all my expectations!!
Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for new bedroom furniture.

Spectacular and brilliant!!

We purchased a bed recently and found all the staff to be extremely professional and friendly. We found no pressure to purchase which we really appreciated, as we did not find that to be the case elsewhere.

Purchased the Tempur Cloud Supreme mattress with adjustable bed base from this franchise. Spent $7000 and was misled and misinformed on a number of fronts by the sales manager. Followed the advice given by the owner with no resolution reached. She was more concerned about the effect on her profit margin than solving the issue at hand. After sales dealings proved an absolute nightmare.Unprofessional salespeople who breach client confidentiality. Worst retail experience ever. Buyer Beware.
