Mohammed is a wonderful instructor, if you have nerves he is so amazing and calming. He is great at giving instructions and I highly recommend him.

I had my driving test yesterday at Werribee VicRoads with driving examiner Rosa. It was an incredibly wonderful experience with her and I passed my test in first go.

Passed my driving test in 1st attempt with tester Peter. He was so professional, clear in his instructions and calm. Had bad experience at desk with Natalie and nusrat. Please Improve your mood and make someone's day ladies. It's not taking anything to be nice. People r alredy nervous about the driving test and such rude customer service can make them feel low. Vicroads really need to look into this issue and make an improvement ASAP.

I had my probationary drive test here today and Neetu was amazing!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ve unfortunately failed the drive test a few times in the past at other centers due to nerves and overly critical LTOs, but the staff at Werribee VicRoads are the best I’ve encountered so far. They genuinely seem to care and want you to succeed. Neetu’s amazing sense of humor and her friendly nature made me super comfortable which in turn made the driving test a breeze. So grateful to have had such a kind and lovely LTO and I wish her the best ☺ Thank you Werribee VicRoads!

I passed my test with Naveen’s driving school today.His training was thorough and werribee testing centre’s staff was amazing aswell.Great customer service standards staff at werribee got and you feel confident when you walk in.

I took my first driving test here and failed. It was immediate termination error as I was speeding and didnt really notice it. Completely my fault so I am not giving them 1 star just for failing me. They were doing their jobs properly and professionally. Today, I tried my driving test again and was successful. My LTO Hong was very nice and checked on how I was feeling after the first part. She let me breathe for a while before heading off the second part-- which is a massive help specially when you're very nervous. Thanks Werribee team, keep up the good work!!

Gordon from vicroad werribee is really nice and highly professional assessor. I was so nervous before my P test as it was my first attempt. But Gordon made me feel confident. His instructions were very clear and he is truly nice guy and very friendly.

Nusrat was my testing officer. She was very clear in her instructions which make me to easily understand. She was very friendly the reason i stay calm during test and able to pass my test. She ensures that i am not getting nervous thanks Nusrat (2530)

Very professional and efficient staff. I visited them on three occasions and found the staff friendly and helpful. I also took my driving test from this location which is less than 15 minute walk from the Werribee train station and hence convenient.

My LTO was Peter, he was professional and calm. I manage to pass my test driving test even tho it was anxious for me to re-test after 10years. I was super nervous when i had to re-test in order to convert my license and i read the reviews people got double standard if they don’t bring the instructor, (never have instructor ) i had to risk my international license for that and i fear for bias because im muslim girl ( sometimes get bias on what i choose to wear ) i was super happy it went smoothly.

On the two occasions I was here, I left very satisfied.
First was to change over or license from Qld to Vic, Second to take my driving practical test.
Thank you to the nice and calm blonde lady who was my instructor.
Overall amazing customer service. Bless you all. :)
